Fete de la musique. People at the reception put us in the room almost in front of the dj. We were coming from 9hours drive and had to drive again and wake at 4h30. Dj stopped the music at 00:30. Music was more loud as if we were in a wedding... THIS IS AN HOTEL, NOT A PARTY RESTAURANT FOR MY OLD COUSINS WHO PLAN TO DRINK LIKE HELL AND SCEAM ON LES LACS DU CONNEMARA THE WHOLE NIGHT. This unfair and unrespectful. Especially for my wife and 2 children. I NEVER HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE IN THE ACCOR HOTEL... As a small disatisfaction on top... the reception did not even give us our welcome vouchers for free drink related to my silver loyolty card. A big fiasco !
