Everything was acceptable

Dear M Y., I am contacting you following your comment on the satisfaction survey. I am sorry to learn that your stay did not live up to your expectations. After some research, I can confirm that we no longer have availability in the room category desired for your upgrade. Indeed, it would have been customary to inform you directly upon your arrival. Please accept our apologies for this. Concerning the drink voucher offered, this, as in all Novotels of the group, is only valid for the holder of the loyalty card, and not for all participants of the stay. However, after checking with my colleague at the restaurant, he claims to have made a commercial gesture by exceptionally offering you this second drink. I have stayed here before and it is well located (only 6 kilometres from the RER station) and close to CEA where I had a business meeting the next day. Staff at reception and in the bar were attentive and helpful.

Poor experience

We have stayed at this hotel before and had no issues. We use it as an over night stop on our return home from France when we visit. Unfortunately this year we had a poor experience. The food selection I. The restaurant was poor and the quality of the meal was poor. After dinner another guest's child slapped my daughter in the face in the reception area. There was no response from the reception staff. When we retired to our room around we were disturbed by the guests in the room next to ours running up and down the corridor, jumping up and down and shouting. I left our room to ask around 11 to ask them to be quiet however the behaviour persisted and I eventually went down to reception to complain. I was offered another room however my family, including two young children were all ready in bed trying to sleep. The noise carried on until after mid night. I would like to make a complaint about our experience.
