This is an ideal place to stay as it's close to the Alexanderplatz and a variety of trams and trains. The staff were helpful and friendly (apart from the girl in the bar who was very rude) and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel, good location close to the city centre while not having the noise of the city inside the hotel, the tram is close by, that will bring you into the city (and back to the hotel after a long day ;) ) Housekeeping was really nice, respectful of our stuff and knocking before entering. We were there when it was a whopping 36° outside, but inside the hotel it was nice and cool without having an aircon blasting. We heard nothing from other rooms or the hallway, that was awesome. Overall while the room itself was simple, 2 beds, TV, a small desk and a bathroom, it was exactly what we needed for our citytrip to Berlin.

I checked into the hotel in the early hours of the morning due to a delayed flight and staff were present and spoke English well so it made the process very easy. Room was comfortable with good storage areas. Well located near Tram stop with store nearby for snacks.

Large room, comfy bed. Located beside cafes, restaurant, a mall and the subway to take you to Old Town. Free parking on residential street. Apartment style, so no extra amenities. Keypad to enter building and your room. Rooms are only serviced once a week, but if you see a maid, you can ask for clean towels, etc. Enjoyed our stay!

Adequate. I booked the hotel for its keen pricing and location. The welcome could have been more personal/warmer, more helpful. The bedroom was stifling hot (July), the air conditioning was completely inadequate to cope (a longtime known issue). The bed pillows were too flat (and few) to be comfortable. We requested extra pillows and fans, which we received. Other than that, the room and hotel was fit for purpose, clean, quiet. Would I stay again - unlikely as there are similar hotels in the area that I might try.

The hotel was great! The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the room very comfortable even on hot days. As always, the beds at Ibis are incredibly comfortable, and we slept really well. The only downside was the size of the bathroom, which was quite small. Apart from that, everything was excellent, and we had a very pleasant stay.

The Hotel has a perfect location near the heart of Berlin. Rooms are very clean and serviced every day. I had a room with an awesome view to Alexander Platz. The only thing I would reccomend is to improve the AC system.
