Hotel is good, but disappointed at the very ppor response given by your front desk on the thursday morning 8 am when I enquired about getting a space for a meeting on that day. I was answered there was no meeting rooms, sent to a business center which is minimalist and not what I asked for, and finally told I should do the meeting in the lobby, which is not great. Issue did not seem to interest at all this staff, not generate any sympathy from him to my concern. This is not sofitel level.
