We booked it specifically because of the SPA, which was closed for around 3 weeks when we came. We were not informed beforehand of this situation. Additionally, there was a mold on the ceiling in the bathroom - to the managers: please take care of it, it’s a 5 star Pullman, not an Ibis budget. Additionally we agreed with the receptionist for 1hr later checkout but we were approached 3 times in our room on check out date to leave. Breakfast was all good, standard level of Pullman/Accor hotels.

Invoice wrong, no feedback yet (after 2 days). Pool/Sauna out of order. Bathtub is not holding water. Some employees did not speak English or German, were unable to assist.

Good experience. Spa was closed, first day they offered an alternative hotel which was ok, but second day there was not an option. Interesting… calling directly the other hotel that was an offer 20 EUR/ person extra fee. The breakfast was excellent and also the whoe entire team of the hotel. Cleaning was also good.

For a Pullman property, this place felt underdone. The bin was not emptied on arrival in our room from the guest. The breakfast offering of 50% discount was not explained correctly.
