The house is well maintained, but overall, the memory remains a cold one - all parts of teh building (lobby, bar, breakfast, rooms, Spa) are cold - in light of wet and cold weather outside, this coldness is worse.

We had a great stay. Chose hotel for facilities (pool,spa) and location. We found the breakfast offerings very good - a good selection, but all too busy an area and very cramped (appreciate it was Easter). Also the Pool on Saturday evening 7pm was so full of children - it was like a kids play park....not the relaxing spa we thought it was going to be. You need to put a "no children" rule in for certain times - ie early morning and late afternoon/evening. We were very disappointed with this as it was the primary reason we chose the Pullman.

Overall rearly nice stay. Great room at the 9th floor. Thanks for the upgrade😄 If you could open the sauna at the same time as the pool in the morning it would be highly appreciated by us early starters. We will be happy to return.

Staff was unattentive and unfriendly. We didnt get any welcome amenity, thre was a leftover from previous guests in the fridge. Despite their claims, there was no restaurant - just a cafee with drinks and basic food options they call restaurant. What's more staff was very rude and not servicing tables unless asked directly to come over and take an order and on another occasion they've denied us a seat in a quieter space because we only wanted to drink not to eat - they have like 3 food options, who wants to dine with such a poor offering! Restaurant with bratwurst and two burger options reseamble more Ibis hotels than Pullmans - really dissapointing, They also have an audacity to advtertise it outside hotel as exquisite multicultiural experience. Out of touch is the theme of this hotel. When I injured myself on a pool - poor design - and was bleading - there was nobody at the pool to help me out, I had to go to the reception in a towel, passing long corridors and a crowd eating breakfast for a bellboy to help me out to desinfect and patch the wound. Rooms are riculously cold with no real air conditioning - reception is giving away electric heaters which are very loud while air conditioning is actively trying to cool the room while heater is trying to heat it up. I dont think anyone really thought this through. I guess they've been awarded eco-friendly award for not heating the room. Taht would explain it. the art installation on our floor was horrific - a devastated child bed with "SE[X]" written all over it. Not sure who was responsible for such unpleaseant exhibition but it really is disturbing and tells a lot about management having no sense of taste and decency. For Accor Members - there was no room upgrade the hotel was quite full - but rooms were available. Huge hsitance to give us welcome dring vouncher for some reason, also a reluctance to hand over 20% discount on restaurant while it's exlicitly written in an elevator members ave 20% off food and beverages. On top of that - late checkout we had for free was offered for 30 Euros and only aftetr I pointed 2nd time it should be free, they gave us etra free hour to check out. Breakfast epxerience was terrible - smallest most narrow room was designated as buffet area with people pushing each others and chaotically trying to pass between the crowd even when a third of the sitting tables were occupied. One day there was no chance to get any food as it was too crowded to even get some food. That's another example of incredibly poor design and lack of imagination. Overall a very poor experience with a bare minimum - you'd be better off choosing Novotel or Mercure nearby in much nicer locations and better food options.
