Staff not attentive to our needs. 2guests. Towels and Bathrobe for 1. No recommendations for breakfast place. Really old mattress that sagged a lot!

Very friendly and customer oriented staff at pool Staff at breakfast seemed quite stressed. Unfortunately not flexible in changing room from roadside to courtyard, while I asked for a quiet room in the reservation. This didn’t feel right. From an environmental point of view the temperature in the hotel could be lowered by 3-5 degrees!

Love this hotel. It is so close to two stations so feels close to all that Berlin has to offer. The room was spacious and immaculate. I would have liked more towels and pillows than were provided but these were brought to the room quickly and without question.. breakfast is a buffet and caters for everyone. The choice is huge. A hot tip for any UK visitors - the teabags at breakfast aren't as good as the ones in the room so take a bag with you. The swimming pool is wonderful - quite big for a hotel pool, and in a lovely setting. I wish I'd had a sauna but ran out of time. There's also original art everywhere - FABULOUS!!!!!! Can't fault this place. The guys on reception are wonderful.

Hotel with great central location and friendly staff. The hotel itself however is in need of an update, this goes for the rooms but also the other facilities. Rooms felt somewhat dated. Bed was not the best. Overall it felt more like a Novotel brand to be honest. Arrived early and was promised a Deluxe room with bathtub once check-in was available. Once we checked in this was not possible however, which is a shame. Would come back if price is around 120-140eur a night. Anything above I would go to Mercure or Ibis for half the price. Overall a good stay but dated property is not worth double the price over Mercure or Ibis close by. High parking cost of 39eur/night, would recommend parking at Europacenter for 20eur/night instead. Accor loyalty was (partly) recognized. There was however no iron board in the room which in my opinion should be standard. Available upon request but this takes another call and time wasted. Hope this can be fixed. Wifi was super bad, had better wifi in war zones.
