They always with a smile, from the bell staff and reception to the elevator attendants, restaurant, and housekeeping team. The room was clean but a bit dated. This time, we received a room upgrade and were also offered a late check-out, which we really appreciated. Will definitely come back again next year.

My friend suggested that I stay here, and I’m really glad I did. The staff were very attentive and helpful, with a special shout out to Guest Manager, Tent and his team. We truly loved the experience. The room was clean, though a bit dated. The location is excellent, right next to Paragon mall and the Skytrain. Breakfast was great, with a huge variety of options at the buffet. Overall, a wonderful experience.
