We had a very good experience for our lunch buffet on Sunday. The food is very delicious and with good quality. We got very good, friendly service from Khun Na, Khun Mint, and Khun Sup, which heightened our experience here. We will visit here again.

Our third time of staying here. Great hotel and great location! Lif at the pool bar always happy and very helpful kept the area looking tidy. All area of the hotel are Immaculately clean. Great choice at breakfast. House keeping always excellent

The location right at Siam Square is great for starting to explore Bangkok but the traffic is awful especially if you arrive by car. Overall, the hotel seems a bit outdated and the lobby a bit unorganised (clear and structured interior design is missing - all a bit too much for my taste). The room for the price was relatively small, especially the bathroom (which door could not be closed). The parking is very narrow and has no elevator to the lobby, only stairs. The leather sofas in the hallways of the parking levels giving a kind of "cheap" first impression. During night, although being in the 15th floor. the noise from the street could be heart. But was bothered me most was the check-in procedure. We booked the room a day before via our Accor Account (which has my husbands name on it and has Platinum status). In all other hotels so far (when I travelled alone), it was clear that the reward points could not be given and all member amenities were not available. But at this hotel, they told me, I had to cancel the booking and rebook - the hotel said "generously" for the same member discount which was suddenly higher as the day before. I still booked a room because the traffic was horrible, I was already late for my appointment and did not have the time nor the nerves to find another hotel. I cannot blame the very friendly staff that is only bound by rules (which seem to differ from other places).

This is our fifth time staying ay your hotel since 2002. We also come back to Novotel Siam Square because of the location and vibrancy. The rooms are great, the breakfast is great and the staff are always friendly and helpful.
