I’ve stayed at the Sofitel regularly over the past couple of years for business travel, and it has consistently been a good experience. The hotel is always impeccably clean, well-maintained, and comfortable—exactly what you want after a long workday. The location is truly unbeatable, with everything I need within walking distance, including restaurants, shops, and business offices. It’s become my go-to hotel for business stays, and I highly recommend it for both convenience and quality.

Booked through Amex platinum and the only benefit we got was the late checkout but that was ruined due to house keeping knocking on the door every 30 minutes to check if we were gone. Had to ask multiple times to get the bedding changed because they kept leaving the same ripped comforter on the bed even after they came in and cleaned. Housekeeping was terrible to deal with and the front desk acted like they were bothered by th request. Tried to have drinks at the bar and got a cocktail with fruit flies in it. Room was old and carpet throughout the whole hotel was filthy and stained everywhere. Won’t be booking here again and will be contacting Amex as this is not a hotel up to those standards.

My booking included using 8000 points to pay for my booking and these were not deducted at checkout and the full cash amount was charged to my card. I’ve been asking for a week now for the points to be deducted and my card to be reimbursed the cash amount and this has still not happened. The points have left my All Accor account though meaning I have effectively paid twice. Please can someone deal with this asap?
