Hotel was clean and the location is very convenient. The hotel was booked, so the elevators were packed and stopped at so many floors before getting to the lobby.

I had a lovely stay. The staff were all wonderful, the room was comfortable, and common areas were kept clean. I also love the salon and easy access to shopping and dining. No battling the holiday traffic! The escalators being down and a power outage during my stay were inconvenient- particularly as it’s the second stay in a row that’s been affected.
