I always had an issue with the parking gate every time I left. I registered my license plate at check in and went to front desk every morning to get assurance. But it still wouldn’t work. I hated having to call security every time I needed to leave. One guy even told me to go back to front desk to have it fixed, but it was very hard to reverse when the exit is on a curve, and there’s cars behind me. He could have called front desk for me to verify, instead I had to pay $61 to exit😤 I already paid for 3 nights of parking at check in.

The staff were great and the buffet was terrific for my family. My only criticism would be the elevators. There were several times it easily took over 10 minutes just to get on and checkout day took almost half an hour... and that was with our family of five going down separately. Overall my family was treated well by housekeeping and the buffet staff... that made me the happiest. Thank you very much!

Traveled for Tahiti fete competition. The room was so small. You have to position your body a certain way to open the bathroom door while inside and there is no true armchair in the room- just a wicker outdoor patio chair. So odd. The outlet in the bathroom worked half the time. Housekeeping helped us sweep a glass bottle spillage and never replaced our towels. I also mentioned to hotel that my fiance and I just got engaged. No acknowledgment or anything from the hotel..
