Predictable hotel, with Aloha spirit, great location and reasonable price. Interconnected via sky bridge to the Ala Moana shopping center, walking distance to Ala Moana park, nice exercise room and pool area, and full service Starbucks in the nice lobby. While the rooms are small, helpful conveniences are packed-in, including micro-kitchenette, desk and even a small couch in one-bed units. While parking is available, it is limited and can be expensive. Some construction is underway on one of the tower wings.

Well located

Arrived late in a one bedroom suite with 4people. Sofa bed was not made up and waited awhile for linen to be delivered. We got 1 pillow, few sheets and a very thin blanket for the two of us to share. Very disappointing and inconvenience for the amount of money we paid.

The staff were very robotic. There was no warmth. Asking a question seems irritable for them. Even the staff in the boutiques were not warm. Only the staff of the pool and restaurants were very nice. Our rooms were ok. The bed was comfortable. But the AC was very noisy. The bathroom was ok, but the curtains were smelly. The building foundation are cracking, soon it needs to be renovated certain areas. Overall, it was an average stay.
