Your hotel was chosen due to: *Proximity to Honolulu Sports & Spine - Excel Health. *Wheelchair that was available to take my husband to and from our room after surgery. *The Military/Veterans discount that was offered. *Hot breakfast buffet that was promoted at Cafe 410. The disappointing part of our stay was the toilet/plumbing issue that could not be resolved by your engineering dept. The toilet would flush slowly. Then throughout the night and early morning it would erupt multiple times with air bubbles coming up through the plumbing making a very loud noise and splashing water on the bathroom floor. Because my husband had just had spinal surgery I was unable to move him to a different room. When I went to purchase a hot breakfast for him at Cafe 410, I was told that I could not purchase breakfast for pick-up or takeout. Which was extremely disappointing. So we were unable to get a hot breakfast for my husband. Driving in downtown is very stressful when you are not familiar with the area. I was hoping that we would have everything we needed within the hotel property. I was not made aware at the time of booking that the hotel doesn't validate parking. The engineering and cleaning staff were very friendly and helped out as much as possible. The manager on shift did offer to cover our parking expense due to the plumbing issue. This was a medical trip, made exclusively for a surgical procedure that could not be done on our home Island. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel for a medical trip coming from a neighbor island.

Nice stay and the room was nice and clean. Our company uses this hotel every year for our company party. PARKING IS THE WORST, and the parking attendant was awful, the underground parking was triple parked nowhere to park. when I asked if there would be a refund since there was no parking space to use (which you pay in advance of $40.00) they said no. After an hour up down and talking to a manager (Manage was no help) of trying to figure out where we could park, we risked parking on the street by the mall amidst all the towing signs. Fortunately, we did not get towed, and all is well that ends well.
