Overall experience was excellent. Came to the hotel for a Valentine’s Day weekend with my significant other, check in Friday and check out Sunday. All amenities were great, with one bit of an inconvenience on Sunday morning. Woke up after 7a to apparent fire alarms, that only occurred in 3 rooms on the 35th floor where we were staying. Our room happened to have been one of those where the alarm was blaring. Would have liked to enjoy more time to sleep in and spend with my lady. Our fire alarms were still going off about 15 minutes and we had some hotel workers knock on the door to check out the fire alarm. I told them we checking out pretty soon, wanted to experience the hotel for the time I was meant to have there. But we ended up packing our stuff while we let the workers work thru and figure out why our alarm was set. I felt it was a rather inconvenience to my stay there, and in my entire hotel experience I’ve never had a hotel room fire alarm set off. It was odd that the alarms only appeared in 3 rooms.

Please re-think the stairs going down from the lobby to the parking garage. The railing ends before the stairs end and can give a false sense of being at the bottom. On Saturday, I missed the last step and ended up breaking my ankle. I did not report it then, I just went to the ER.

The hotel is very busy all the time, the elevator needs to be waited for a long time. There is no benefit for platinum member.
