Enjoyed our entire 5 night stay. This is a very large property. Staff were very friendly. Our room had a magnificent view. Very very short walk to Waikiki. The pool was lovely. Gym well equipped and maintained. 4 out of 5 for some very workable reasons. Recommend Valet over self parking. The garage is very tight and difficult to navigate. A few extra bucks per day and problem solved. Rooms are dated, especially the bathroom. Would like to see more “automation” in the check in check out process. Long lines.

Self parking too expensive

Rooms were dirty, furniture was stained and warm down, desk had no chair and had white powder on it, spots of mold visible in shower, no fan in fan in bathroom for circulation. Will actively dissuade others from staying here.

Room was not what I expected. We got double beds and not a king. Bathroom needs updated and it seemed only a few elevators were working. Ocean view was ok. Never got a final bill sent to me but I got this survey.
