Dear Mr. M., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay at our hotel. We sincerely apologise that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we deeply regret the inconvenience you faced, particularly as an ALL Platinum member. We are very concerned about the issues you highlighted regarding check-in, voucher redemption, and billing. Waiting at reception and still being charged incorrectly is unacceptable, and we understand how frustrating this must have been, especially during what was meant to be a routine one-night stay. We also apologise for the lack of recognition, missed welcome amenities, and concierge service during your visit. Your feedback regarding staff coordination, communication, and knowledge of loyalty programme benefits has been shared with our management team.
