I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Novotel, where the room was well-maintained, clean, and spacious, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were consistently friendly, polite, and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile, which made the experience even better. Overall, the quality of service was excellent, and everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and well-managed, leaving me completely satisfied with my stay.

I think the staff don’t talk to each other. Have no respect for your time. Have no idea how to burn vouchers or points. Location is pretty far off from tourist centres.

Waiting at reception and still being charged incorrectly is unacceptable, and we understand how frustrating this must have been, especially during what was meant to be a routine one-night stay.
