Overall good. Staff very courteous. Disappointed with the Billing staff. To ease their pressure I agreed to receive my Invoice by mail. Yet to receive it!!

The overall experience was comfortable, and the staff was courteous and helpful. I would especially like to mention Priya, who was at the lobby and assisted me during my check-in and check-out. She was calm, polite, and very helpful throughout. She patiently answered my questions and made the process smooth and easy. Her helpful nature and professional attitude made a good impression and added to my positive experience at the hotel. Staff members like her really make guests feel welcomed.
