The room I stayed was very old. I understood that there are some rooms renewed but the one I got was very old. I was expecting a much better standard specially because of the tons of recommendations we had from many friends. The private beach is awesome and if you are planning to stay in Boracay you should stay in one of the 3 hotels located in this private beach. The beach at the city center was crazy crowded.

The true luxury in Movenpick is the service provided by their topnotch staff. From Alrie and Miguel at reception, Joseph on the shuttle route, Nurse Yuri at the clinic, Allen and his team at the Sol Marina, the great Security and Life Guards (shoutout to Jerome), and Juleevie in The Market, we got warm welcome, genuine service, and concern. Will be always grateful and will work to come back. Thanks Movenpick team! 😊

Unpolite manager front desk , unpolite all from lobby, bad behaviour and dangerous from mr JOSEPH an concierge man , in the room all was old style , dirty, they avoid to change and clean the room daily. On the beach the worst beach sun beds i even see in my life, also the sea at that part of the beach is with waves. Facilities it exist ….. but there are not provided for customers in the respect for the money we have payed to you. They say they are from Accor group but they don t give anything benefit for accor group ( it was maybe points when we buy food& drinks) It is a shame for their brand

We really enjoyed our stay at movenpick , food service was great,, alisayeh really looked after us in the hotel bar especially happy hour… cleaning of room was average , sinks blocked, cupboard broke would not close , water was not hot in showers and hotel is very tired….
