I’m truly sorry that the interaction you had with our associate left you feeling unacknowledged and, more importantly, that it gave you the impression that you were treated differently as a local guest. I can understand why that would be disappointing, especially when something as simple as a “Thank you, sir” deserves a warm “You’re welcome po” or “Ingat po kayo.”
I have personally spoken with the associate involved and addressed your feedback with him through coaching. While this is the first time we have received a concern of this nature regarding his service, I do not want that to take away from or invalidate what you personally experienced. Your feedback matters, and we take it seriously.
At Mövenpick, the same warmth, respect, and genuine hospitality should be felt by every guest—regardless of where they come from. This is something I personally believe in, and I’m sorry that we fell short of that standard during your visit. Mövenpick Boracay offers some of the best amenities, especially the beautiful pool and the warmest, most welcoming staff. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay.
For the room, however, based on our personal experience, I would honestly say it was quite simple and nothing particularly special. If you’re someone who doesn’t spend much time in the room, Mövenpick can still be a great choice because the pool, facilities, and overall atmosphere are wonderful.
We booked a Premium King Room and expected to have a nice view, but unfortunately, our view was mostly a wall, which was a little disappointing. I do hope Mövenpick considers upgrading or improving the rooms and making the views more enjoyable, as this could make the overall experience even better.
Overall, we still enjoyed our stay, especially because of the amazing pool and the genuinely warm and welcoming staff. Thank you, Mövenpick Boracay, for making our stay memorable!

The resort was very peaceful, it was very relaxing. There are 3 restaurants that serves meals aside from the bar and the cafe. It was so windy during our stay and it rained during the nights, but our main focus was just for a staycation so it was still an enjoyable experience for us.
