This was a comfortable resort located on the quieter north end of Boracay. Friendly staff along with a nice pool and nice beach. Breakfast Buffet was plentiful though there was no Yogurt available. The Sea Transfer to the airport was unavailable. Weather conditions were cited. The private land transfer was comfortable and efficient. However it is quite expensive compared to other options.

When the sea becomes rough or conditions are not ideal, we prioritize guest well‑being, which sometimes requires shifting to land transportation instead. While the location of your property and the service provided by your staff are truly commendable, I must raise an urgent concern regarding the condition of the hotel room we stayed in. The level of wear and tear, persistent sewage odor, as well as the leaking and blockage in the bathroom and sink are highly noticeable and deeply concerning. These issues significantly affect both comfort and hygiene and fall below the standard expected by guests who choose your property to relax and unwind from the demands of city life. Given the seriousness of these concerns, they require immediate attention and prompt resolution.

Nothing to do when weather is bad. Tv in room needs to be upgraded to smart tvs. Hallways look like a hospital.
