This resort was everything my son and I hoped for. From the delicious food, to the private beach and the clean rooms. Thank you so much to the entire staff. We checked out at 5am and staff had sandwiches and coffee for our departure. Was an extremely kind gesture. If we ever find ourselves returning to Boracay, we will definitely stay here again.

Loved the facilities and the idea. The service however needs improvement. Weird check-in process, bo queue just us waiting in the lobby and no one to guide us. Not an organised check out process either. Had to tell staff three times to help us get the luggage. No coordination. During the days the staff should attend to clean if there have been any missfortunes but there was spilled juice all over the tables at the cabanas almost half a day with staff just walking by. This is not okay for a five star stay.
