The property was beautiful the staff were all so polite and courteous as one might expect in the Philippines. However we were somewhat bored at the location and it was not easy to get to other sites and such a resort really should offer shuttle service from the port. I'm use to having properties of this caliber offering shuttle service on demand. Your offerings were very limited and unacceptable. We will no be back.

Despite being an Accor Plus Explorer Gold member and requested in advance for early check-in, Movenpick does not prepare the room in advance and you still have to wait for hours to get your room ready. You still have to go back and forth to hotel lobby to ask if room is ready cos they never informed you when they promise to call you. Room upgrade as part of your gold benefit is hit and miss too. They would say you got an upgraded room but they will bring you to the worst part of the building where rooms are missing tea cups and hair dryers.
