Don't ruin your holiday by booking this hotel!

The hotel is so far from the "dmall" area and the free shuttle only goes a few times a day on unconvinent times. The hotel beach is full of rocks and not clean which makes it difficult to swim. The shower in the hotel room doesn't have hot water which sucks when your coming back from swimming. The staff in the lobby are super unfriendly and not helpful at all. I believe the upper management teach them these manners since all of them I dealt with were the same. I realized I could've booked a better hotel for the same price. What a shame this hotel was! Don't book this hotel and ruin your vacation!

The location was right on a private beach and was so beautiful. The water is warm and the sand was so soft and clean. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. Special mention to Oli in the market cafe and to Ronald for our room service. The room was a standard hotel room, but was very clean. I especially enjoyed the shower and the water pressure and temperature. I wish the tv/cable was better though, it was very dark and low definition. Howver, the wifi was great, consistent 50mbps. The grounds were very well kept and I loved all of the palm trees.

We visit Boracay every year and spend a week there. This was the first time we stayed here. The resort is beautiful, rooms are nice, staff is amazing, food is above average and the beach is private and peaceful. The drawbacks are it’s isolated location, making it far from everything. The food and drink prices are above the average and when you stay for a week, you feel tired of the same menu. They offer free shuttle to town but it’s very limited and quickly fills up. We would suggest this resort for stays up to 3 days.

I loved everything about this hotel, especially the service from the staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful and went above and beyond. The only issue is that since it’s far from everything you don’t have much choice but to eat at the hotel and the food we had for our entire 5 day stay was really very bad, especially the buffet. It seemed like they were serving food from the night before because the food seemed dry and reheated and was like sweet and sour pork and curry. When we ordered ala cart from the restaurants for lunch or dinner there was usually some ingredient they would put in that made the food taste awful… fried chicken wings you think they couldn’t mess up but the batter was weird, their chicken nuggets were so bad my 4 year old nephew would not eat it (it was chicken meat mixed with some other stuff), burger with a weird relish, Alfredo that tasted like they put a bunch of sugar. Just weird choices. Other than that our stay was amazing.. just need to fix their food options.
