The resort is 5 star overall, especially the staff. Kudos! The room that we stayed in was really spacious for a family of 4 (and we are on the heavy side). I just don't like the idea of having that frosted glass between the room and shower. We need privacy and so does the kids. The breakfast was pretty good. So much selections for everyone. We were so full we skipped lunch. Their cakes needs improving and the chocolate hour, I wish you would improve it and do some Filo kakanins (I know it's not inline with the Chocolate hour..but maybe an idea). They have an inhouse nurse who was super helpful and suggested different ways to get medicines (that we needed) through pasa-buy(like a uber eats). The beach and pool were clean and being constantly cleaned by the lifeguards. If you need the shuttle service book 1 day in advance, it's so hard to get a seat if book on the day. Alternatively you can always get a private ride (php300 per way) or do a joiner etrike (php40/person) as the resort have a service from the hotel to the main road. I would definitely go back!
