Our stay at Mövenpick Resort & Spa Boracay was truly memorable, marked by consistently warm hospitality, thoughtful service, and a well-coordinated guest experience. The reservations team set a strong tone from the start, especially in helping arrange a surprise setup in the room. Everything was handled smoothly and with clear attention to detail. The in-room surprise was beautifully executed by Stephen and Gwyneth. Their effort and attention to detail made the experience feel personal and genuinely special, adding a meaningful highlight to our stay. We would also like to acknowledge the interns from Aklan State University and La Consolacion College Bulacan. Their enthusiasm, politeness, and willingness to assist contributed to a positive overall atmosphere and service experience during our stay. Overall, the stay was exceptionally pleasant and well-managed, with a strong sense of care from the entire team that made the experience truly remarkable.

It’s not like our first time there when the service was good. Sorry, but during our last visit, the service was not good. You still have to follow up on your requests for the third time, and the body wash in the room was not refilled.😔

Not at all the quiet beach holiday I had planned. The Beach club was so loud the windows in the room were vibrating! You could hear the thump, thump thump of the music all day and well into the night! You could also hear every step and also moving furniture from neighboring rooms. This made it extremely hard to relax despite the property being in a very beautiful location. If you want peace and quiet this is not the place for you!
