the place is really nice and exclusive. Food buffet is okey and more Americanized but need to put more Filipino food since that's what we are looking for. Excellent manager Gelo who is very accommodating and very helpful in satisfying our needs. I'm a little bit disoriented about the fund that we have due to cancellation of one room reserved due to work related issues. I was told that whatever fund that not used will be credited back to my card however upon check out it was a different . After telling what was told upon check in it was agreed that it will be credited back the unused funds of Php7thousand plus to my card but was told that it will take time . I agreed and signed. As for the staff, they are so respectful and kind. I /we can't complain about them . Thank you for making our stay a memorable one.

* Luggage was not delivered as promised—despite being told at check-in that our bags were already in the room, they were still at the concierge when we returned in the evening * Check-in required a physical voucher, which was neither stated in advance nor in the booking confirmation, creating unnecessary inconvenience for guests * Repeated requests for the same documents (voucher and OR) indicate poor internal coordination among staff * Pre-submitted documents should have already been validated prior to arrival, making repeated verification at check-in inefficient and redundant * Breakfast service needs improvement, as several savory dishes were served at room temperature, raising concerns about freshness and quality * Customer service overall lacked warmth and guest focus, with staff prioritizing rigid adherence to policy over hospitality * Misinformation regarding hotel transfers—initially promised direct boat transfers during voucher purchase, later informed at checkout that only land transfers were included; when attempting to arrange a private transfer, I was told none were available due to tide, but the following day I learned that private transfers were in fact operating

Even though there may be so much to do in Boracay but we decided to book your resort and spend 04 quality nights enjoying and admiring your well kept property. We connected with your reservation centre via Accor app and directly booked the stay with great offers from your end. Once there, we had a warm welcome from Caticlan airport for our private transfers and loved exploring every corner of your well kept property and not to forget The pool,The Beach, The food and Drinks!!! We were amazed by your staff at every point of our stay and have made a long list of appreciating their care, personal touch and professionalism. We stayed for eight nights, and it was an incredible trip. The Resort was in a fantastic location, out the way of the main area but close enough to get to easily. The facilities at the Resort was spotless and perfect. Massive pool, beach bar and private beach were stunning. Staff couldn’t be more helpful, the breakfast options were massive, and the kids loved chocolate hour, almost as much as we loved happy hour at the bar. One of the best holidays I have ever been on, absolutely going back.

They have a very polite staff who treats you with hospitality. Rooms are clean. The place is very relaxing and very family friendly. Hopefully they can improve the play area for kids and put more new toys.
