You have a great location, exquisite landscaping, and a beautiful aviary. However, I have some feedback: 1) Sunday BBQ Night (31 May): This was highly disappointing and felt falsely advertised. The poster promised "Prime Meats, Chicken, Fresh Seafood" with pictures of steaks, but we were only served basic, limited skewers (beef, squid, chicken, sausage). The meat was tough/chewy and of poor taste/quality, the sides (foods on the buffet are lacking of protein options, mostly are carbo only). Furthermore, the service was incredibly slow; staff at the grill station seemed confused, lacked a clear ordering system, and repeatedly used "still refilling" as an excuse. We had to stand around just to get our food. It felt completely unprepared. 2) Cutlery cleanliness: The cutlery cleanliness at both the BBQ night and breakfast was poor. Many plates, glasses, spoons, and forks felt greasy or had visible dried food residue stuck to them. 3) Room Service/staff responsiveness: On Sunday night, the water dispenser in the hallway outside my room was empty. I informed a staff member directly, who promised to replace it, but it was still empty by the next morning. Overall, I would really love to come back and try other room types, as walking around allowed me to see so many beautiful spots and scenery there. However, you seriously needs to train the staff better and improve the restaurant operations & quality to truly fulfill the Mercure standard. Hope you really read my long writing and take it into account. Thanks!

"It was a very pleasant experience! We booked the lagoon room, which is separate from the main building and offers a beautiful rice field view. Surrounded by nature, the air is fresh and unpolluted. The design of the hotel is modern tropical, and the staff were very helpful. Highly recommended for escaping stress and recharging."

Its a great experience to stay at Mercure Cibadak, but traffic its so bad at the weekend
