Location was ideal. Things to improve on would be to add more ammeninties such as toiletries, steamer in room. Hotel is categorized as a 4 star which should have added ammenities in room. Cleanliness in the bathroom can be improved.

The hotel has a good location. The room was quite small — I would estimate around 14 sqm — although it was reasonably well insulated from noise. The minibar was empty, with only one bottle of water provided. What we found most confusing was the absence of proper glasses. Instead, there were two paper cups near the kettle and two more in the bathroom for toothbrushes. When we asked whether it was possible to get regular glasses, we were told this was not possible for safety reasons. I have never seen a 4-star hotel with such an approach. The bathroom was of average size, but the shower cabin was very narrow. I have a relatively slim build, so it was manageable for me, but I believe larger guests may find it uncomfortable to shower there. Towels are used enough and should be replaced with new ones. In addition, the shower holder did not properly hold the shower head and kept spinning. Under the sink, I noticed something that looked like a blood stain or splash! The bed and pillows were comfortable. The furniture was quite worn and could use replacement. One electrical socket was also not working. It was impossible to switch off the air conditioning fully. It would stop for a short time, then resume after about a minute. On a positive note, we received complimentary beverages on reception when checking in, which was a nice touch.

Our return flight was canceled and thus we had to leave one day earlier. The hotel refused to refund me the points for the 2nd night night (that we didn't use)
