A short walk from Union Station, and had nothing but the most positive interaction with every staff member we encountered, particularly the lovely woman who checked us in - she was so helpful and went above and beyond, as well as our waiter at breakfast in the lobby restaurant. A middle-aged gentleman who had quite a thick European (I think accent) - he is the happiest and sweetest waiter we’ve ever encountered. I wish I’d asked for both of their names so they could be acknowledged properly.
