I’ve stayed at Novotel Pune several times and have always had a pleasant experience. No fuss - it’s just a great business hotel for short stays. Clean rooms and very hospitable restaurant staff. Breakfast is typically a busy time, but the staff remain polite and attentive and take care of everything nicely. Special shout-out to their server, Ravi. Will stay again!

I m a regular business traveler to pune. Pls keep a desk for office work in the room, no need of swing in the room. No feather pillow, got strain in my neck. Water pressure inaccurate in the washbasin. Breakfast was below average, very less veg menu. Parathe was stinky due to oil smell. Ordered flat egg white omlete chef was unable to understand. After poha… no other veg menu….was available. Dint even had the tea…in room dining was a complete disaster.. ordered veg less spicy veg khichdi… chef send boiled without veg & no tadka…tried calling room dining… nobody bothered to pick neither call back….

Your staff is very polite, they take good care of guests. Room cleanliness was upto the mark. However, Food Quality & taste needs lot of improvement. I found Chocolate sauce was foul smelling, Food had only red chilli spice without any specific flavour notes or aroma. However, i did not made a complaint to any of your staff regarding this.
