Worst experience I ever had during check-in , I waited around 2 hours at reception. IBIS reception team asked me to pay 50% more amount of what was booked.I had shown them booking invoice as well but they were not ready to listen.This was unexpected.

The stay was good but didn't get any help from the staff to carry my luggages . There were so many amd it was difficult for me

“Room was very clean and comfortable. Had a great stay!” Excellent room service and peaceful atmosphere Spacious room, fresh linens, and everything well maintained. Loved the room décor and cleanliness.
