We were given a small room even though we booked for 2, When asked for cutlery we were told its paid which is something i have heard new for the first time but even when we agreed to it we had to followup multiple times to get a plate, which we asked for 2 and was given only one. Staff disappeared saying we will bring another one. Rooms are not cleaned properly neither the fabrics. There is a lot of mismanagement at the breakfast buffet also. Have to ask multiple times for cutlery at the buffet.food quality is also poor. After paying such a high price the service is super poor

Clean and tidy rooms. Easy check in Very warn and friendly staff. Ms Rashmi, was very helpful and welcoming inspite of checking in way past midnight. The next day she had kept the invoice ready for a fast checkout as per my request earlier.

My first stay at ibis. I was a bit shocked to see how scanty the room was. The toilet almost felt like a makeshift site capsule. Breakfast was good, though. Overall, the style and philosophy of the hotel were not to my taste.

Pros: 1. Hygeine is good 2. Food was great Cons: 1. Rooms where cramped, bathroom is poorly designed. Definitely not of the value expected 2. Reception service was quite slow. Will keep you waiting for a senior. 3. Staff didn't seem experienced or just didn't care - no one offered to even take our luggage to room during checkin. 4. Won't deliver any parcel to doorstep, one has to go down to reception to pick it up 5. The room's card system needs a review. You need the same card to access the elevator. So when one goes down to recieve the parcel (Swiggy, blinkit, etc) the other person has to stay in room without any electricity just the AC is on - this is unacceptable specially during night time. Overall definitely not worth the value, won't recommend or personally visit it again.
