Due to very bad mattress. Plenty of good quality high thickness coir/foam mattresses available in the market. Good hotels should change their mindset and change the spring mattresses which are very uncomfortable after a use of one or two years when they are deformed.

Warm welcome. Good hotel. Though no one answers call when called on landline multiple times. Restaurant needs to have few more staff during dinner time. Bar services can be better too.
