*To the team at ibis hotel viman nagar pune,* I wanted to share how much I appreciated your hospitality. Thanks to Mr.Ekanath Thorat security manager. Thanks to Rajendra and Sandeep From check-in, Mr.Piyush Deshpandey and Maharshi Jariwala at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and made the process so smooth. The room was spotless, cozy, and exactly what I needed to unwind. Housekeeping did a fantastic job — special thanks to Roshan for keeping everything fresh and tidy every day. I also loved “the breakfast spread at your restaurant” Specially thanks to Ms.Yogeshwari , Please pass on my thanks to her. Staff like her reflect well on your restaurant and make customers want to return. I would also like to share another small experience of mine. Please do not view this as a complaint; rather, consider it a suggestion from my side for improvement. I ordered one off staff a masala omelette at breakfast time. After waiting for 20 minutes, it still hadn't arrived. Then I said to Yogeshwari, "I had placed an order Masala omelette with someone, but it hasn't arrived yet." She then apologized to me and brought it over. However, by that time, I had already finished my tea and my breakfast. Thank you all for making my time at ibis Hotel comfortable and memorable. The rooms were very small, the bathrooms were even smaller there was not even enough spacs to stand. Also the service was terrible. I asked for water twice and they came the third time
