Stayed 4 nights, everynight there were fire alrams ; not once multiple, I have called almost everyday at reception as it was disturbing, one day Chirag told me it's fake alarm don't trust it ???? this answer does not make any sense, I also came to know my previous complaints were not documented, escalated, 1night I ordered chicken Tikka & Nan, food came after 50 minutes & it was cold, when I raised this issue, someone came took back the order, they microwaved & bring same back as Nan, chicken was very hard this time, When I was completely disappointed due to disturbances of regular fire alarm- requested to meet Mr Kiran -GM next morning, Chirag told me He is not in town, currently at bangalore, will be back after 1 week etc- I can easily figure out staff is trying to hide mistakes, rather than understanding & sharing with higher management for proper solution On positives- Housekeeping Pavan ,team did a great job by ensuring room is nicely clean & other requests are fullfill on time.
