Food quality and service area is very worst and can't explain in words. Its worse than the roadside food. You should give at least value for the brand of hotel in serving good and quality food, the cost of such food is not at all acceptable and you should improve the ambiance at food serving area/ restaurant area where the buffet dinner service at first floor, its very worst and ugly with lot of noise and un hygiene of the area

Hotel rooms are very small compared to the rates, the washrooms are pathetic and small and it becomes difficult to fit in. The service is pretty average, 2 days I had to ask for towels once I came back from office, the rooms were not cleaned properly as well. The food is extremely bad and costly. Chicken was uncooked and hence every day I had to order food from outside or eat outside. Only thing I liked during my stay is the breakfast. Hotel should also have options for smoking rooms.
