I have emailed your manager Piyush Deshpande for the refund of my money and it’s been more than three weeks now he has not responded. Your phone lines no body answers and there is no help to whom I should go for my refund.

It is requested to keep one weighing machine in the hotel because lot of guests have to go back to Airport and for weighing their luggage, it is required weighing machine.

The staff's behavior towards guests is rude and unsupportive. Specially the room/guest services. The restaurant staff is ok but limited food options. Most of the me coffee machine is not working or in under maintenance.
