I would like to comment how pleased i was with the service provided to me by entire hotel staff..During my Recent Trip with my family..The hotel is the best and staff generally Friendly.. I want to Thank miss Akansha and Swapnil from Reception welcomed us with a message "good morning" have a nice stay and gave us best rooms she was very helpful and Deserve a great deal of Praise for the Excellent Customer Service.. Prasad sir and lal singh and chef kamrul and Ghansham maintained a positive attitude and ensured i felt welcome during the stay everyone treated us with Dignity and Respect..I was amazed at the Consistency in their performance and willingness to go the extra-mile the staff was well groomed. Ganesh sir and rohit from Bar was also helpful Thank u

The cab didn’t come to pick us at terminal, we had to walk for so long to board the cab. We had to wait for almost 2 hours to get the food, we were entitled for 3 time meals however, we had just breakfast but when I asked if I can get a coke because I was not feeling well. So your staff after 30 mins she said sorry Mam we can’t give you soft drink because you had juice, doesn’t matter you have your dinner or not.
