It is extremely disappointing that I have had to call multiple times even for basic necessities like drinking water, yet there has been no response. Since yesterday, I have not received drinking water, and my room cleaning request is still pending despite repeated follow-ups. We are from a private charter company and stay at this hotel almost every month. This week alone is our fifth stay, yet we are receiving such poor service, which is truly disappointing. I will be informing my company not to make any future bookings at this property if this is the level of service provided. The only staff members who have been genuinely helpful are Swapnonil, Supriya, and Yash. They have always tried to assist us whenever possible. Unfortunately, apart from them, the rest of the staff seem to have little concern for guest service or resolving issues. You ensure that guests check out on time by making repeated reminder calls, but you fail to provide even the most basic services to guests who have extended their stay. I ignored several service issues during my stay, but this is unacceptable. I will be escalating this matter on social media and other appropriate platforms. I sincerely hope you improve your service standards so that future guests do not have to face the same experience.
