On 7th May,2026 Me along with other team members of Hansgrohe Company booked and visited Novotel,Pune. Our check out time was 8th May, 2026 10 .00 am and due to office meeting we were present in the conference hall of Novotel after our room check out. My ID card(driving license) was shared during check in time and was not returned back , I also forgot to ask for my ID card that time. When I reached airport on 8th night I realised my ID card was missing and remembered that it was left in the reception desk during document submission at the time of check in to hotel. It was very surprising that no one from the reception desk informed me that my ID card was left out in the reception desk and was not returned back after document checking. Later one of my colleague collected my ID card from Reception desk and handed over to me in the airport. I find it very casual and unprofessional approach from a brand like Novotel that they did not checked that a document was left out by a customer and did not even bother to inform about it to the customer. So definitely I will never recommend any further booking in Novotel for my professional or personal stay.
