This is bad hotel , Staff is bad duty manager who is on duty on 18th dec evening is bad , front desk is bad …I am staying this 3rd class hotel today , i have requested them for a parcetamol from last 3-4 hrs i have fever , they are not bothered to arrange 1 tablet , no response whatsoever…I asked a junior guy on front desk for paracetamol he went to his senior asking for same i guess his name is amol or something he said chodh na mana karde marne de…This is what this hotel is ..Trust me dont stat in this hotel ever…

I had a wonderful experience at Square restaurant. The ambience is very pleasant and creates a great atmosphere to enjoy your meal. The service was excellent, especially thanks to Rahul, who was very attentive, polite, and professional throughout our visit. The food quality was perfect—fresh, delicious, and well presented. Overall, Square is a great place for good food, great service, and a relaxing dining experience. Highly recommended!

Had an amazing experience as always in Novotel property Pune. Mr. Lokesh was there looking after guest throughout. He made sure that my drink was served on time. Also , veekhe is a sweetheart in the house . Kuddos to the entire team.
