- Multiple errors a time of checkin, while I had coordinated with the sales team still! - very bad quality food for breakfast and overall - both spread and taste, service was painfully slow

Overall stay was comfortable, however the response to requests and in-room dining was not to my expectations. Had to call multiple times for a simple request and people don’t have courtesy to revert back.
