Stay was good. But I was not happy with the quality of the food served at the buffet breakfast. Sambar was not fresh and tasted awful. Few other dishes like vermicelli upma, were pretty bland. Evening service at the bar was very poor and slack.

Even we booked three rooms, hotel staff allotted us two rooms, told us that , yes we agreed and can see in your voucher you paid for three rooms but our computer shows only two rooms, from 7-30 to 10-30 hotel staff Keep us hooked in the lobby, every time Saying that wait 10 mins we mailed the company as soon as we get reply we allotted third room , since three families are together The other family could not enter the room, leaving the other family stranded in the lobby., lastly we paid again for third room then hotel staff allotted the third room, till today they did not returned our money and not apologised, If hotel accepted the booking from third party/company then it’s their issue, once customer shows receipt of booking you have to believe on receipt and must allot the room. If you not believe the company like make my trip or Goibibo then don’t take business from them

Had booked 4 rooms and while booking only had asked for 1 room for early check-in ,but not given. my wife had done the check-in and was carrying 4 bags, she was asked to carry her own bags ,,is it ibis or Novotel, but after a conversation the staff ,eventually thay did send the bags at our room. We were not informed about their only buffet system in the restaurant , al- carte you order in the room, I don't understand if we can order in the room them why not in the restaurant, if we were informed about it ,we definitely would not have booked it. Drinks are allowed , As far as we can understand they were only interested in making money as in room service no accor discounts. The service was a new level low. When did accor group hotels start char6 for 8yrs and 9 yes children without informing us. The restaurant manager mr prasad made our whole dinner the worst expe6 at accor gruop hotels ever. Firstly they were asking us the mail of extension for accor membership to honour the discounts. He says they have been instructed to ask ,with lot of arguments he agreed , then we requested him to honor 2 certificate as the existing was expiring this month which he refused citing his intigrity, that is okay accor8 to rules but he could have but charging us for kids and then not giving discount on their charges saying that it is already discounted. Had ordered drinks , we all dot up to take food the server came running that you have to pay for your drinks , as if we were running from there. Horrible... Horrible and horrible. Worst than a normal no star hotel

I had booked 2 rooms for my stay at the hotel of which 1 was my Accor plus stay plus benefit and the other was paid basis. The hotel reception person was so pathetic he made us wait for 45 minutes for check In saying the complimentary stay is only on availability basis though I showed him the confirmation mail as well as pre check in of my stay on the Accor app as well as my mail. He also mentioned it’s the Accor app and not the hotel app so he cannot give us the room! You guys have to figure out what this rubbish was about! We had to call the manager and explain everything and finally about an hour or so we got to check in after the manager understood the problem! Room given to us was not clean as well! Overall an extremely disappointing experience!

Room service was not satisfactory. We told 3 plates, we got 2. Food was delivered in 25 mins. When we started to eat in 10 mins, we found just 2 plates. By the time the attendant arrive to address the issue, we also found the Red Thai curry not looking as it should. Reason given was that there too much orders/work, so everyone is very busy. Hence may have forgotten about plate & curry as per flavour. By then our rotis have gone cold. He offered to change the entire meal, which he did. But this time no bowls for curries that we ordered. We then decided to eat the food without bowls. There was no courtesy apology call from Chef for the Red Thai curry not looking as it should. No courtesy apology from room service/F&B Manager. Generally all good 5 stars would be quick to respond especially if the guest is dissatisfied with a food item or room service. We wanted it to be a good food time together our family, before my son joins the academy next day. Though the food taste was good. This experience delayed our dinner by 1 hour. And a feeling that Novotel is not very sensitive to the emotions of it's guest.

The check-in process took a lot of time, about an hour and to top that when I voiced my displeasure to the reception desk, the staff was quite condescending. I don't think I have ever encountered such a behaviour anywhere. The rest of the staff in the hotel was just fine, however I feel the check-in process should be made smooth. It simply spoils the whole experience of staying in the hotel.

Novotel Pune is lovely hotel ,close to Pune airport ,yet very peaceful and quiet inside Been here recently on a weekend taking a break from work Check in was good though could be speeden up by allowing Accor plus members atleast to send in all documents by mail beforehand and keeping separate counter for priority check in .Staff at counter do make up with thei rpleasing and welcoming attitude Rooms and common areas are clean ,covid appropriate preventive measures in place In house restaurant The Square has a good buffet for meals ,Food is good ,tasty ,all at restaurant ready to attend to you without bothering or disturbing you Big thanks to Ratnesh and TJ for promptly attending to issue raised by me and solving it From tourist point of view ,veryclose to airport and easy to visit all sites in pune Aga khan palace is very close almost walkable distance

The check in and check out takes around half an hour. The special requests at the time of booking are completely ignored. They are unable to provide BASIC services when the hotel is full, which is always the case as they've turned this property to another IBIS. ALL IN ALL, not a happy experience at all. I don't see myself going here again. And lastly, I am pretty sure they do not value feedback as there are no changes visible from the last time I visited.

A great hotel although off city limits. The check in process was little slow possibly due to weekend rush. The food was great and the service upto the mark. Will definitely stay again at the property in future
