I would like to say thanks to Novotel team for the pleasant stay. It was my birthday and my wife planned that. Staff upgraded my room with help of Ajay and Aakansha. Pool location is too good. Staff arranged pastries for me. Thanks to Aakansha for this. Dinner in soak was good and they helped in choosing the food as per our preference and taste was good. Morning breakfast was amazing, lot of options and good taste. My Lal Singh chef personally visited each table to look for all arrangements. It was perfect weekend stay.

Stay was comfortable but room dining experience not satisfied….while ordering the food by my family no one is going to help them for food selection ….they told u can see the menu and order but my issue is that if someone not able to select you people must guide them …..

room was nice, facilities also, food was ok, bartender was great... but reception/service team acted very bad. I'm frequently visiting Novotel hotels for business purposes. only last year more than 30 nights in India. usually my company's travel agency aetting up everything for me and pay in advance for my entire stay. This time we booked until Friday but plan changed and I've needed to leave on Thursday. then I've approached reception asked for some compensation, possible on the hotel's bar as room price for night was around 6k rupees. they contacted the shift manager Karan and he was so rude said to me ' sorry sir i can only get you 15 percent discount on the bar' which sum up in 200 rupees.... embarrassing. I've always considered to move to Marriott as my colleaguea always tells me only good things about their everything. specially the service!

The stay was fantastic. Guest Relationship Executive Priyanshi sent us a cake when she learnt it was our daughters first birthday. The entire stay was just smooth and we really had fun. Thanks for the experience.

The Dinner food that I order on Wednesday and Thursday during the stay is not excepted level. It is with less salt and spice.

I had a wonderful and very comfortable stay at Novotel Pune Nagar Road. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the overall hospitality was excellent. What made the stay particularly special was the thoughtful gesture from the hotel team. They surprised me with a complimentary fruit platter accompanied by a lovely handwritten welcome-back note. It was such a sweet and personal touch that genuinely made me feel welcomed and valued as a returning guest. I called reception 10 times no one picked the call very poor service..even the tap was broken it took time to fix it...we booked 2 rooms we had to take bath in 1 washroom
