check in need 15min and only after 7min in standing then someone approach me to seat at the side to wait. when i give my membership number to your staff even i am just a classic member, they asked me for my email instead and it not reflecting in my account till date. this is my account number and pls do the needful - 30…5515 5 gotten the room, the powerpoint not working and i called twice and eventually need to go to the lobby to seek help. lastly laundry taken in the morning and not back till i call to check,

Firstly the check-in area was very inconvenient. There was no one to guide to the check-in desk, and definitely no one to greet upon arriving at the hotel. Secondly, the room allotted was of poor condition - the calling bell didn't work, the AC control was malfunctioning and the Shower tap do not work fully ( only the hand shower works and the other knob is jammed). I didn't at all expect a Novotel room and service to be of this standard! Furthermore, there was no one to respond to the guest service number (0 was the extension if I remember correctly). I called thrice and no one responded! I had to let go considering my stay would be for a single night (thankfully it was for a single night). The only good thing was the taste of Biriyani that I ordered for dinner. Apart from that the experience has been really bad. The room that was allotted to me was 622. Next time I come to Pune for the business trip, Novotel would be my last option.
