It was a good stay. However I have a complaint. i stayed in October for 2 days and in November for 6 days. I understand that all to upgrade my membership, I have to stay for atleast 10 days till December. If i do not stay for the balance 2 days, my membership will not be upgraded. This has lead me to opt for other hotels who consider the 10 days from my stay date. So if I stayed in October, the 10 day calculation starts from October.
