It was a good stay. Staff is very courteous and house keeping staff ensure the room is well kept and clean. The breakfast spread could be improved, especially the variety of deserts which doesn't have Indian sweets or waffles/pan cakes. Also for someone who stays for a long duration, the breakfast becomes very boring after 3rd day. The rooms are very good and clean. Lastly while trying to contact the hotel 2-3 days before the visit, i couldn't connect through to the reception even though I called more than 10 times. Calling a hotel shouldn't be this difficult

The stay was comfortable and nice, but as a north Indian the options in dinner are not as per my liking, so a bit dissatisfied with that. All other things are good.

The staff were very good and very courteous super attention during breakfast amazing service..but hotel is really bad ambience Had a very musty or wet smell in the main hall its smelt like stagnant water and also the elevator was not well maintained and overall seeled like a run down property not upto accor standards

The good about this hotel is the location, cleanliness and the restaurant staff. Everything else in my humble opinion falls short of 5 star. During check-in grumpy reception goes thru the motions, check-out reception didn’t even ask “how was my stay?”. I had fallen sick and reception didn’t have any basic medicine like fever reducer neither did they come to any aid. Infact they called me 3 times to confirm my check out time , never asked how I was doing inspite of knowing that I was sick .Hotel staff need to be caring and hospitable. You can see the floor manager wandering around aimlessly, if you are reading this please interact with your customers , ask them how was their stay ?

The upkeep of the room was highly disappointing. Broken door edges could cause hurt to guests. Strange that the room does not have even a small wardrobe, very inconvenient for guests staying for multiple nighta. The food quality and breakfast service was very disappointing. Getting a cup of tea was a task to the extent that I finally walked away without having one.

Our housekeeping experience at Novotel Pune was extremely disappointing. The toilets were smelly and poorly cleaned, and we had to repeatedly request housekeeping to clean them. Unfortunately, even after the cleaning, the condition was still not satisfactory. We eventually had to clean and wash parts of the bathroom ourselves using hand soap and water. The room cleaning was also very poor, with the floors seemingly swept only with a dry broom and not cleaned properly. For a hotel of this standard, basic cleanliness and hygiene should be given much more attention. This was disappointing and certainly not the level of housekeeping we expected from Novotel Pune.
