The All safe label at my door reassured me that i was in safe hands. Purnima from front desk was really helpful in allaying my queries. The new buffet system is a dampener but safety is paramount. Overall experience was good except the check-in...What is point of doing an online check-in if I have to do everything again at the front desk again? The management needs to give the process a relook.

We were having Accor plus voucher for complimentary Buffet. We were told due to pandemic, buffet is not possible. The menu which was given to us was having very limited options and the lady was reluctant to provide the additional quantity in the beginning, though afterwards she was ready.

It was very nice in view of Covid 19, Breakfast was nice but service was not up to standards of Novotel Every time we have to ask for what we orederd, generosity was expected

Hotel staff is not cooperative at all, you need to ask them same thing again and again. Experience like government institutions, staff point's to each other for decisions. Good Cleanliness in area but you wont have 5 star experience.

Not good agree due to covid restrictions are there but it doesn’t mean the customer is troubled or else he could have stayed at ibis which was costing one third the amount. 1) There were no glasses or mugs in the room how can one have hot water, etc from hygiene point of view lot of people don’t have directly from the bottle than ? For that one has to call for it and it takes time to come 2) A/c is min 24 deg assuming for climate changes and wastage of electricity etc but if client is feeling hot as it’s hot season so the client is compromising why ? Is he paying to stay in 5 star property to feel uncomfortable or to get the best amenities at his disposal or he could stay anywhere ? 3) The Bar code concept for menu is not functioning properly on iPhone it was hopeless 4) to be honest I travel world over and have travels & stayed in hotels during covid but not this type experience. Never expected like this

There was no sanitisation of our luggage and also of ourself. Check-in process was very dull. Toiletries were incomplete. Room didn't gave a feeling of 5-star hotel.

The room comfort was lacking, with the air conditioning being noisy. The front desk staff were quite slow during check in and check out process.

Chekin took more then one hour of time due to Hotel POs machines were not working and front office was not ready to accept that their payment machines were not working. Despite of giving them 4 Credit and Debit of different banks More over they were not ready to accept online payment. I had to go out and get cash from ATM Machine.

The hotel staff were extremely cooperative and understanding. The hotel was completely sanitized and staff was proactive during all the times. The service by restaurant staff was noteworthy and the food was quite delicious.

When Checked IN - The aircondition was not working. Cigarette Smell was in the room , inspite of being a Non Smoking room No inroom menu Curtains Broken Finally they changed my room in the evening around 7.00pm The staff was amazing and well mannered they were courteous. I would not hold them responsible but the maintenance should be done by the hotel.

I find two unique things about your hotel. you stated commitments to child trafficking displayed prominently. also your commitment to plant trees with the savings generated from the re-use of towels/linen. most hotels merely request without reciprocating.

The stay at Novotel, Pune was comfortable. The service was good. Front office staff helped me resolve an issue with my payment. Food and beverages quality at breakfast can be better. There are a lot of items. However, taste of most is mediocre.
