The Hotel is excellent very clean.. Staffs are very well behaved .Especially Firdoush at the restaurant was very pleasing and helpful..ambience is good ..rooms are great..room service is prompt and without delay .. I would recommend novotel to anyone visiting pune

Location is good! Accessible to mall Firdoush who was at the breakfast area was very nice. She was interacting with customers with a smiling face. In the morning, breakfast spread too was good! I also used the GyM. Even though some renovation work is going on

Food is very nice. Especially the Indian cuisine is fantastic. Thank you Budheshwar for the amazing food and hosting us. Spread is nice and staff does go extra mile to make the guest feel happy and welcomed. I would suggest to go for buffet as it is nice.

The stay was excellent and the staff was very courteous….special mention for ms Firdoush for taking good care of us and kudos to all the people…I also would like to mention abt our chef who went an extra way to make me a separate preparation when I was down for breakfast buffet.
