Stay and hospitality was excellent at hotel. Only thing I didn’t liked was taking 10k as security deposit from guest. Like they don’t trust us and its very much insulting for guests. You take full rent but additional deposit at 5 star hotel like novotel. It’s humiliating your guests.

I took breakfast at the restaurant for which they charged me, I asked for the bill they said it will be kept at the front office. Next day while checking out the bill was still not there and they made me wait for more than 20 mins, since I was getting late for the meeting I have to leave without the bill.
