Pathetic rude staff and staff who pose as general manager and misbehave with guests !

Even 1 star is more for this pathetic hotel. We checkin in at 2.30 am and the staff told us to wait as they were making the key. Waiting for almost 20 mins we asked them what was taking time they informed us that they would take another 10 mins as they were facing technical issue. While my colleague was inquiring Ms Sabana from the front desk team gave dirty looks to my colleague. Upon confronting her she started arguing and shouting at us and the entire conversation was heard by our company personnel as well. They finally handed us the key at 3.00 am. Our company has a contracted with the hotel that they will provide us only twin bed. Upon reaching the room we found out that it was a queen bed . We called for the manager and Me Suvajit from concierge came and told us that he was the GENERAL MANAGER of the hotel . He placed an extra bed and said it was the best he could do and can’t help us further . The extra bed was smaller than a general hospital bed , you take one turn and you will fall and break your face . He again had an argument with our company personnel and refused any further assistance . Finally at 4.00 am we were handed over the key to another twin room. Just because our company was paying for the stay we were mistreated by the staff which was totally unexpected from a big brand . It is a request to the companies not to book this hotel for your employees as they will not be treated well here . There are better hotels next door like Ibis and raddison please book there .

If you are on a business visit they will treat you like you’re staying for free, 0 professionalism, 0 empathy. I didn’t know Novotel would be so biased. :( it’s very disheartening and disrespectful. I was so tired at the end of day and the way I was treated I felt really really bad.

Overall everything was good but I liked matteress the most, the service of the people are really great and they are mostly on time,I didn't have to wait for any of mu required service request, I would really like to visit again whenever I get the chance.

Very rude front office. I am a frequent traveler from USA, but this was my first time with Novotel, and the last. We were not allowed a visit by a local friend after 8 pm! You are paying for a hotel for really a hostel stay. Coffee shop was closed and we had no place to hang out.
