My husband and I chose the Sofitel for our final two nights before flying home to Australia. All I can say is -FABULOUS! The staff at Reception were very helpful and check in was easy and QUICK. Of course we were very happy with our Prestige Suite - which was beautifully appointed with full length mirrors - which are so handy when dressing to go out. The bathroom had his and hers sinks, a shower, bath and beautifully fragrant toiletries. We had a few room service meals which arrived hot, beautifully presented and in a timely manner. The hotel itself is well located - only 10 minutes walk to the shops. We arrived on New Year’s Eve and were delighted to find a bottle of bubbly and a tiered tray of berries and petit fours in our Suite. Additionally, the breakfast area is very attractive and the breakfast offering was what one would expect from a hotel at this price point. Well done everyone - we very much enjoyed our stay and only wished it was longer!

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff, room was very nice and quiet. Breakfast was good. This hotel is worth the cost. I would stay here again

This was our fourth time staying at this property, and once again the stay, service and amenities were exceptional. From check-in to check-out, all staff were polite, efficient and personable. This is a great place to base yourself when in Frankfurt.
