If you are in search of a combination of comfort, professionalism, warmth, the perfect touch of attention and luxury, then this is the place for you. They made the transition into the new year memorable, with the festivities and kind intentions. Perfectly located if you want to stroll in the city center and if you’d rather be indoors the spa, pool and gym keep you busy. Comfortable spacious rooms and the therapeutic warm bathroom floor 😌. Unfortunately we didn’t get to dine at the restaurant as it was fully booked and the closed from the next day.

Loved the room. Front desk staff very good. Concierge? Ok--not impressive. Bar and restaurant staff excellent, except for one younger lady (dark hair, accent that seemed French--kept forgetting my order). Bar staff good. I suggest checking into adding Fox News to cable lineup. It is much more popular and viewed in US, Australia, etc. than CNN. CNN is only still on cable because they were first cable news, and are automatically tied into cable. Finally, I had trouble trying to book the hotel through the Accor website, so had to book through a Virtuoso agent.

Annika was proactive in reaching out through message even before our arrival. Lara and the bell hopper were excellent in greeting us and explaining everything during our check in. We were surprised with the room upgrade upon arrival so we were very grateful for that!! The breakfast restaurant managers and waiters and waitresses all provided us great service as well. The hotel has a great location. The only downside to be honest was the total we paid at the parking lot during our 3-night stay hahahaha. Thanks so much!!
