We spent 4 nights here and had a very comfortable stay. The location was an advantage because it is situated around shopping and dining areas. The room was compact but okay. Breakfast was good with various choices. The staff was communicative and supportive. Outside parking was very close and convenient. Highly recommended for those who need to travel to Osaka.

went earlier and dropped my luggage for storage. Reception was very polite and helpful. Came back again after dinner to check in. Receptionist insisted for my passport before even bother to check my bookings. I wanted to provide my app booking for her to pull it out while digging for my passport but she refuses and waited till I give her my passport. then whatever she said about the hotel facilities were purely murmuring to herself. i could not understand a single word. She is not Japanese, so no excuse of poor english. Furthermore, hotel room was provided with room slippers that seems to have been worned many many times.. I would expect such global hotels to be more hygienic? Shower curtains also stink... it smells like it is obviously never changed, but thoroughly cleaner. Hotel is near subway but not osaka station. quite along walk when you have luggage. However, it is just a few subway stations to Osaka castle.

Good location 10 minutes walk from JR Osaka Station with convenience store nearby. Staff are friendly and willing to help. Low cost for a small but cozy room in Osaka. Cleanness is acceptable.
