The property is located near Osaka metro stations and walkable to Umeda district shops, dining, amenities and attractions. I had a lot of fun staying in this area. The hotel is clean and comfy.

Very poor service at Ibis Budget Hotel. Hotel staff did not clean the room even once in 3 days.I have stayed in different properties of Accor, they were very good but worst experience. I came to this hotel

At check‑in, our staff did provide information about our room cleaning system as below, 【If you wish to have your room cleaned during your stay, please hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign provided in your room on the door handle. When the sign is displayed, our housekeeping staff will clean your room.】 However, we regret that the explanation was insufficient and was not conveyed in a manner that was clear and satisfactory to you. We apologize again for the inconvenience this caused. We take your comments very seriously. We will reinforce communication with our staff, improve the content and delivery of our guest guidance, and take all necessary measures to prevent a recurrence of this type of situation. I would have given perfect 10 if not for the size of the room which is a tat too small especially for tourist with luggage, but I guess it can't be help for big cities in Japan. Overall, I am please & surprise with the good breakfast spread & fantastic Instant Coffee offered by the Hotel, the best I have ever drank. Its located where one can find anything including a nearby MRT line & very functional effective laundry wash & dry machines.
