When you informed us during your stay about water leaking from the air conditioner, we attempted to respond promptly, including offering a room change. However, after reading your recent post and learning that you experienced physical discomfort the following day, we are very concerned and regret that our actions during your stay did not prevent this outcome. We were not made aware at the time that water from the air conditioner entered your child’s mouth; this information was brought to our attention for the first time in your post.
