Room is small but expected as this is Osaka. But near mrt station and staff were friendly

Ibis budget is a great location though its a 10 minute walk from Umeda station, great restaurants and convenience stores nearby, comfortable and clean accomodation, amenity bar that is accessible, friendly staff, great value for money

We are back staying at this hotel again. Chose thi hotel due to its good location and convenience with food, groceries and AF gym across the street. Subway is just a few minutes walk away. Friendly staff and fairly good selection for breakfast. Clean and comfortable room.

The only small complaint is the pillow. It wasn't very good and when we asked we got additional ones that were still not 10/10

We had a very pleasant stay at ibis budget Osaka Umeda. The hotel offers a convenient shuttle bus to Umeda Osaka Station, and the location is great. Special thanks to receptionist Ayu for being incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. She recommended sightseeing places around Osaka and even helped us check the opening hours of a nearby restaurant. We also appreciated the free coffee, tea, toiletries at the lobby, and the luggage storage before check-in. The room, bedsheets, towels, and facilities were clean and comfortable. Overall, a very nice stay with excellent service and hospitality.
