Friendly and professional staff, clean spacious room and hot water. Didn't book breakfast so can't comment but the rooms with the microwaves meant we could do our own meals if required (great Spar underneath hotel). Would definitely stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was top-notch: the rooms are spacious, very clean, highly comfortable, and the location is great. The organization overall was smooth, the staff was always friendly, and the 24/7 free coffee and tea in the lobby was a fantastic bonus. There is just one small operational detail I would suggest improving: the verification process for breakfast orders. Upon check-out, I was informed that breakfast (over €17) had been charged to my room number. I had booked and stayed without breakfast, so this was added by mistake—likely because another guest provided the wrong room number. Luckily, the staff was very understanding and removed the charge immediately ("this time we remove it"). However, to prevent guests from accidentally paying for someone else’s consumption, I strongly encourage implementing a simple verification step (e.g., checking a key card or name) when ordering breakfast. Other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would gladly return!
