Nice hotel, friendly staff and nice location. The only complain that I have is the hallway is hot because there is no air conditioning and some of the elevators are not well lit so it's hard to see the floor numbers

Consistency is what I love about Accor. Doesn’t matter if I’m staying at the expensive room, or the cheapest. I’m always treated the same way. The three star hotel is just the same as the four and five. If the staff makes a mistake, it takes minutes to resolve, and this is what made decide to renew my membership!
Breakfast buffet needs improvement though. :)

We stayed last week. I am glad that my request to have a lower floor room and near elevator was provided. I like how they extend support and assistance to PWD. We got my son's free breakfast meal even if he is 13 years old ( he has a small frame and is a special needs child).
I would also like to commend Miguel from the check in counter. When I tried to extend another hour on top of my initial 2 hour extension, he said he will take care of it and I wasn't charged for that last hour. I extended my stay because I was still packing and shopping for essentials and I did not want to be stressed. I really appreciate this.
Also, the breakfast buffet was much better than our previous stay. I had a hard time choosing. The chicken stock for noodles and Asian salad were so delicious.
