We really enjoyed our stay! The room was nice and comfortable, and the pool was definitely a highlight—my son had so much fun! I also really appreciated the water refilling station. It’s such a simple thing, but it was really convenient and thoughtful.
The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, but everything else was great. The staff were all so nice and welcoming, which made our stay even better. And the buffet breakfast was honestly a 10/10! Overall, we had a lovely and comfortable stay and would happily come back again.

Since we lived 2 hours away from the venue, my friend and I decided to stay in Ibis Styles Araneta because the concert we watched started around 7pm and finished roughly before 11pm. It was really a good decision because we enjoyed the day without the hassle and we really had a good stay. The breakfast included is also really good.

Amenities are very basic. Bath towel, toothbrush, toilet paper, shampoo, bodywash, handsoap, kettle, coffee/tea. What really disappointed me was since we stayed for 2 nights we used the glasses and cups in the room thinking that it will be cleaned or replaced when we had our room cleaned. But when I called guest services I was informed that they don't usually change it and was offered paper cups. I get that they're for sustainability (reason for a water dispenser in the hallway) but isn't offering paper cups instead of washing/changing the glasses making the whole pitch useless?
We also asked if we could do a late check out since we checked in rather late (husband is a gold accor member and explorer) but was told no. I don't understand why only in this hotel did we experience such compared to other countries where we have booked and maintained Accor.
