We had a generally positive experience. The overall vibe, service, and amenities were great. However, there are two specific areas where the experience could be improved: - Parking Policy: I was disappointed to find that complimentary parking is strictly for four-wheeled vehicles. It would be much more inclusive and convenient if this benefit extended to guests arriving on two wheels as well. - Room Maintenance: There was a noticeable, unpleasant odor coming from the toilet area that unfortunately spread throughout the entire room. This made the stay less comfortable than expected.

We had a great stay at IBIZ! My kids really enjoyed the experience, especially the room and the pool. The pool area was fun and relaxing for the whole family. What we also loved most was how convenient everything was since the hotel is directly connected to the mall. It made dining, shopping, and getting things we needed very easy. Overall, it was a comfortable and family-friendly stay, and we would definitely come back again.

Stayed for 5nights. consistent customer service and commendation for Guest officer Marielle going the extra mile in getting me good deals for my extension days. It is a good simple hotel. No room service and limited food option. But the mall is basically at the hotel doorstep, various restos and cheap eats to choose from. Bed is a little bit on the firmer side for my preference. otherwise, clean and comfy. Shower room can be designed better. water flooding up to the toilet area whenever I use the shower. Price, totally budget friendly. and you get more than what you pay for from service, cleanliness, location and amenities

Everything was great except for one thing. We requested for toilet roll as I have been sick all night. I requested at 730 am, had to call 3 times to receive it after 10am. Especial mention to Sadje from Housekeeping, who looks after us on our stay. A true heartist in every way.
