First, when I checked in, the lady in the reception gave me a room that was alrady occupied. I was able to open the door with the key and a guest was sleeping there!! This should never happen. The bathroom is excellent but the beds are not. Matresses and pillows are very unconfortable. Low quality. I could not really sleep. Also, there were "Silverfishes" insects in the room.

My choice for stays in Aschaffenburg as it is easy to access, good location and easy walking distance to the town centre.

The hotel has all the basic amenities including a small gym, the breakfast is great and best of all the staff are super friendly

Well located, clean rooms, good breakfast... nice Hotel all in all. No tooth paste at the reception and adding a snack automat would be nice.
