Pros: Check in was easy and staff were friendly and spoke english for me. Room was comfortable and well appointed. Bed was comfortable and luxurious. blinds fully blocked light, allowing me to sleep earlier than sunset. Breakfast was comprehensive and delicious. Free Coffee machine was a real bonus. Shower was hot and strong. Cons: Airconditioning had been disabled (presumably to save on energy/cost), so I had a little trouble sleeping (I prefer to sleep in cooler air). Opening the windows helped a tiny bit, but airflow was restricted by the blockout blinds which I needed closed because sunset was so late each day. No water glasses in the room, making taking medication and brushing my teeth challenging.

My advice to future guests: Always make sure you receive a booking confirmation showing the agreed reservation price. (ALL Accor App) If you don’t, take a screenshot of the final booking price before completing the reservation. It may save you a lot of time if any pricing issues arise later.

Overall Experience My overall experience was positive. The hotel’s location was excellent, and I found the facility comfortable. The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. Areas for Improvement A few areas could be improved to enhance the guest experience. Parking was somewhat confusing, although I understand this may not be directly managed by the hotel. In the room, the shower water pressure was very low, which made it difficult to shower comfortably. I had to stand in a specific corner of the stall to get adequate water flow. While a handheld wand was available, it did not sufficiently compensate for the low pressure. A different shower head designed for low water pressure might help address this issue. The water bar was a nice feature; however, bringing up individual glasses was inconvenient. Providing a small pitcher for use in the room would allow guests to bring up more water at once and improve convenience. Additionally, there were no face washcloths available for use in the shower, only towels for after showering. Including washcloths would be a helpful addition. I also noted that while body wash was provided, there was no shampoo or conditioner available in the shower, which is typically standard at most hotels.

First, when I checked in, the lady in the reception gave me a room that was alrady occupied. I was able to open the door with the key and a guest was sleeping there!! This should never happen. The bathroom is excellent but the beds are not. Matresses and pillows are very unconfortable. Low quality. I could not really sleep. Also, there were "Silverfishes" insects in the room.
