The hotel is located conveniently above Nankai station and the metro lines. Though the basement was confusing to get to the hotel, the location was unbeatable. The room was also modern, clean and comfortable.

It’s a good location but it a bit dry inside the rooms. It’s good if they could have humidifier inside the room that would be perfect

We had a wonderful 5D4N stay at Swissotel Nankai Osaka. Front office was well organised. I was attended by Mr Anthony during our check in, he was very friendly and helpful with our stay arrangements. He also gave us a tour at the lounge and made sure we are well taken cared. Lounge was well stocked up even when it was crowded at one point during cocktail hour. The drinks and canapés were great, I highly enjoyed my favourite cocktail Negroni paired with sliced meat and cheese. We chose to go to Table 36 for our daily breakfast, it was splendid, the food spread was warm and fresh. We also had our welcome drinks at Table 36 and had an amazing coconut cocktail, I would definitely order this again when I return, please keep it in the drinks menu! On our 2nd last day, Guest Services helped us arranged our luggage courier transfer to our next destination in Tokyo. I highly recommend guests to use this paid service provided by the property when traveling with a lot of luggages. I thank Ms. Fujita for the seamless arrangement, she was very patient and guided me on how to fill up the transfer application. The property’s location provides great access to many tourist attractions and has a direct metro line to and from Kansai International Airport. Overall, I highly recommend Swissotel Nankai Osaka and I will definitely be back on my next trip.
