Location is ideal! However, the hotel sucks! Housekeeping is poor ++ obviously lazy though being a gentle reminder. We stayed for 5 nights and not expecting this. Bellboy and folks at concierge simply ain’t helpful when lugging cargo bags when the other parent was checking out. Even a little help goes a long way. Room is old and poorly maintained. Old musky smell of damp wood and poor pixelated TV. Generally, your service staff are still on the high horse while your guests are playing catch up.

Overall enjoyable and comfortable stay! Well located with all the train stations near the hotel. Would’ve been perfect if we were given our room upgrade as we are Accor Gold members. We stayed 9 nights at the hotel. They did however give us 2000 yen credit for use at the hotel to make up for the room upgrade. Not quite worth it, but better than nothing I guess.

My room no. is 3306 and my membership no is 30…9281 3. I have requested the late check-out in booking and 23/12 again for 2:30pm on 24/12, as my Silver membership entitled to have this benefit. Everytime, I come to Osaka staying at your hotel and spend over ¥300k. I think I will not stay at your hotel again. Not helpful on the Front Desk.

The location is great, with plenty of shopping and restaurants in the surrounding area, and direct train service to Kansai Airport right below the hotel.
