Right from the point at the front office desk Where Ms. Riya took care of check in till the time of Check out after 2 nights stay, it was an experience to cherish. Here I must mention about Riya, whoese hand writing is so beautiful as if its printed Ms.Pooja , Front Desk manager was very helpful in accommodating me by upgrading my room being a Platinum member. Not to forget Ms. Sanjana Sharma, reservation manager, who was kind enough to accomodate my request of modifying my dates. The well decorated room on top floor had all amenities including bath tub.

Overall, my stay was good. However, I was disturbed by three calls after check-in, including a massage offer, a card issue, and service feedback, which was inconvenient when I was resting. Also, the shower controls were hard to operate once soapy, and the temperature adjustment was confusing. Improving the grip and controls would make the shower more user-friendly.

Had a wonderful experience overall with my family in this property. All the staff at front desk, food exchange, pool etc are attentive, polite and courteous. Suite room was clean & spacious with all facilities in working conditions. One thing of concern was in house Casino wherein some visitors were not having basic etiquetes of behaving in a 5 star property. Management please take a note of that even if that casino is outsourced to separate agency. But rest of the things are top grade & beautifully maintained.

Found spider web in room, cutlery provided was dirty, slippers not provided even after reminding, kids play was extremely dirty and not well maintained as it had chewing gums in kids toys, dirty and all. Pool had all leaves in it so not useable. I was surprised as I have stayed here twice and it used to be good. Though they changed our rooms second day but experience was not that good and it could have been better.

Firstly the location of the hotel is great and very close to casinos if anyone is particularly interested in gaming. The service and staff commitment is excellent. The property is new and extremely well managed. I had requested for extra bed, room upgrade and decoration and all the request were well serviced. My 3 yr old son loved the goody bag. Room was little small but well designed. Breakfast was v good. Check in experience was smooth and v fast. We truly appreciate the staff ensuring we are serviced well. Would love to revisit
