I had a wonderful 2N stay at Novotel Panjim. The hotel's central location is highly convenient and made traveling around the city incredibly easy. I stayed in a suite, which was absolutely beautiful, lovely viewand very comfortable.The service truly stood out during my visit. Great to have a casino inside the property. Had some nice experience there as well. "Preity" at the restaurant was so nice to us. Cant thank her enough for taking care of our 5yr Daughter and her requests. We liked the Breakfast spread and Taste. Dinner was to my liking as well. Status recognition was there. Check-in process was smooth and welcoming. My Daughter loved the toys and lovely return gift for my wife was a nice gesture. Highly recommended for their outstanding hospitality!

This booking was made for a business trip through our corporate travel partner, with two rooms reserved for our stay. During the check-in process, your front-desk executive informed us that, in addition to the room booking amount, a lump-sum amount for anticipated food and beverage expenses would also need to be blocked on a credit card. We were further informed that the amount would be reconciled against the actual bill at the time of check-out and that food-related expenses could not be availed without this pre-authorization. While we understand and appreciate the standard industry practice of securing room charges through a pre-authorization or deposit during check-in, we were surprised by the mandatory requirement to block an additional amount for potential food and beverage expenses. This is the first time we have encountered such a policy at a hotel, particularly for a corporate booking. Blocking additional funds for expenses that may or may not be incurred can be inconvenient for guests, as it reduces the available credit limit on their cards during their stay. We believe guests should have the flexibility to settle food and beverage charges based on actual consumption rather than being required to provide an advance authorization at check-in. We request that Novotel Panaji review this practice and consider a more customer-friendly approach, especially for corporate travelers. Apart from this concern, we appreciate the hospitality extended by your team and hope that this feedback will help enhance the guest experience in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Panjim! From check-in to check-out, the entire staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely supportive throughout our visit. There was a small hiccup during check-in, but Kanchan Kumar and his team handled it promptly and professionally, which we really appreciated — it didn’t take away from our experience at all. The breakfast spread deserved special mention — a great variety of options that catered to everyone’s taste. The food at the first-floor cafe was equally impressive and a real highlight of our stay. The staff at breakfast were especially attentive, making sure all our requirements were promptly taken care of. We’d also like to thank the team for graciously accommodating our late check-out request — that extra bit of flexibility made our departure so much more comfortable. In my business trip, I was about to stay near Miramar, where I have booked the earlier property, but Miss Pooja from the Novotel Panaji has convinced me that please do come and stay in the Novotel and truly speaking the hospitality what I receive in this wonderful. So special thanks to Miss Pooja The new Accor property of Goa, i e Novotel Panaji was never less than a worth. clean lobbies, good lighting, wonderful food, and most importantly, the spacious Suite, which I was looking everything was perfect. The location is upscale and accessible from business point of view when you are in the Capital of the Goa. I would like to mention here about the Chef Singh who has made the delicious culinary dishes which has pampered my taste buds Also many thanks to miss Vaishnavi from the restaurant who assisted me in my lunch and dinner with all the necessary menus. thank you, whole team Novotel Panaji
