The ambiance inside this hotel is wonderful, the corridors, lifts and the room I stayed in were fabulous, colourful and artistic. The pool on the top floor was serene and quiet. The staff were great, from sorting an early check in and late check out as well as the return airport shuttle which is free. The location is great, I used grab cars for all my travel and the prices were cheap, example, grab to area 81 building £3.50, then to Bui Vien walking street about the same and less than £5 to return to the hotel around 2AM. The breakfast was amazing from content to taste, and the dining room was comfortable and spacious. The room was well equipped with plug sockets and even USB charging point, also had a great view.

all is decent however it was a little disappointing that there were ... 3 cockcoaches (alive) found in our room during our 3-night stay. I understand though that that may not be under the hotel's full control however perhaps consider using pesticide may be wise
