The staff were welcoming and efficient. The room provided the basics with a comfortable bed. No English breakfast tea and no milk provided. Shuttle does not go to/from terminal 3.

A very handy hotel near the airport. Convenient with shops and restaurants nearby. Though you can walk [rough terrain over main roads] take the shuttle bus. Very convenient and only a 5-minute trip.

My wife and I have stayed in nearly all categories of Accor hotels from Ibis Budget to Sofitel. We've stay in Ibis Budget, Ibis and Ibis Style and Ibis Saigon airport has been the most outstanding Ibis hotel we stayed thus far. What was most significant was on 8 Jan. I was due to checkout on 9th and my flight to Sydney was at 9.15pm. When I approached your staff on the 8th for extended checkout for the next day, I did not revealed that I was not feeling well. I knew the 9th will be a long day for me as I was not even able to stand straight. Fortunately, the person at reception (did'nt get his name) extended my stay to 5pm. That saved me! I slept through the next day but just well enough to make my way to the airport and wheel-chair assistance through immigration for the first time in my life! Thank you.

Excellent communication from the hotel about pick ups. Wasn't sure about breakfast. Free shuttles to and from airport running every half an hour.
