We were a family of 4. The rooms were accommodating, and the staff was very friendly. Overall well located, in a silent street. The only issue, that we had, was with the smell of cigarette in our room. Even with windows closed, the smell ramped in (trough the vents?), which forced us to wash all the clean clothes, which were permeated with cigarette (even the ones, which stayed in the luggage during our stay!)

I have stayed in this aparthotel several times because the location is very convenient for meetings. Rooms are quite spacious and modern and have a little kitchen with coffee machine. The location is however rather noisy with lots of traffic you hear during the night, maybe they could do something about it. Also there is no cleaning if you stay less than a week and you only get two coffee capsules upon arrival, after that you have to purchase them. But, all in all, it is convenient, clean and has a nice breakfast so good enough for a business visit.

We also provide a limited number of coffee capsules upon arrival as part of our welcome amenities. I thought the room would be accessible, but it was not- I wasn’t able to shower or wash. I asked to switch rooms and this room wasn’t accessible either. Again I couldn’t wash or shower. It was also very small considering the amount I had paid. This is even with a discount, as I was recommended by ENIL, for the freedom drive, but I found the room inaccessible as a wheelchair user. I don’t think “Access” should be in the name of this hotel as it is misleading.

We had a great stay at the Aparthotel Adagio Access in Brussels. Comfortable, clean, with everything we needed in the room. Very good access to transit and short walks to numerous sightseeing places. The only comment would be to change the towels at least once a week. We stayed for 8 nights and would have appreciated a change of towels specifically the hands and feet ones.

The hotel is in a good location. However the overall feeling is like at a high school dormitory in eastern Europe. The furniture and the bathroom amenities look like the cheapest possible to buy. The walls have a lot of scratches and marks, even holes. The staff was a hit or miss. Some were nice, some not so much. They let us check in a couple of hours early, which was appreciated.

I think the info on the website regarding what is and isnt provided should be improved. We stayed for 7 days. If you're staying for 1-3 days having no cleaning service should be fine. But after that the floor gets dustier and dirtier. I believe there is a difference between a 3-night stay and a 7-night stay. For hygiene reasons there should be at least a floor vacuuming free of charge on 4th day or something. We needed slippers to avoid the issue but they were not provided in the room. We could pack slippers if we knew that. Most hotels provide them free of charge. The hotel is fine for short stays but I would not recommend it for longer stays.

staff entered my room while the room was on do not disturb. The management response was very very poor to the situation.
