Dear P5140Xchristophers, Thank you for taking the time to share your feelings — we are truly sorry to hear there were aspects of your stay that didn’t meet expectations. I only wish you had reached out to me while you were here. I would have appreciated the chance to speak with you directly and try to resolve things in the moment. Your experience matters deeply to us, and we always want our guests to feel genuinely cared for. Regarding the building closure, I want to clarify that it wasn’t a decision to reduce operations. It’s due to the construction of our new restaurant nearby. With trucks needing to access and unload in that area, we had no choice but to temporarily close it off for safety reasons. We expect it to reopen by late October. I was also sorry to hear your comments about the service in the early hours. That’s certainly not the level of attentiveness we aim to provide. I’ll be following up with the team to ensure that guest care is consistent at all hours — because every moment of your stay should feel supported and comfortable.
