had a beautiful stay at this property for 4 days in Nov 2025. Right from the checkin everything went well. The GM brett personally greeted our family with a smile. being gold member our room was upgraded. Food was amazing. The property is situated over top of a nationalpark and beach. views of andaman see is breath taking , not so much crowd. very selective people and service is world class also very near to airport and cabs available. Pullman is a luxury collection and if you can afford , I will highly recommend. The C bar has amazing drinks and view and service is great. azure bar is also very good and their food is hidden gem. Breakfast is wide spead , tropical fruits are mind blowing.

1) Reception could not contact TUI Rep when asked. Confirmed that the Hotel does not allow display of "agent's" material and hence made it very difficult to arrange trips and ruined days waiting to do so. 2) Furniture in the room is shoddy. Main desk very badly bowed. Distinct lack of draw space and wardrobe space. Shoddy repair of the blinds in bathroom stopped them from being drawn. Hence no privacy to anyone in the bathroom. Not good enough for a 5 star hotel. Design seems to trump functionality. The bed side drawers are useless. 3) Pool near reception has too few places in the shade with easy access to the pool. so could not use it until late in the evening. Upper pool is small and has more shaded sun beds but not very attractive. 4) Had an enjoyable evening with complimentary drinks but this was discovered by acident. More information should be given. 5) Breakfast was good and comprehensive. 6) Buggie system generally worked well and was efficient 7) Happy hour was good idea and enjoyed. The Azur bar food is not stupidly expensive.

This was my fourth stay at the hotel, and once again the staff at Echo Restaurant were consistently kind and welcoming. That said, one thing I’ve noticed over multiple visits is that the front desk service can be inconsistent—the level of friendliness seems to vary depending on the staff member, which can sometimes feel uncomfortable. Also, since the renovation of Echo Restaurant, the breakfast selection feels smaller compared to last year. I was also disappointed to find that the lunch and dinner menus now offer fewer Thai dishes, which reduces the overall variety and choices.
