We stayed recently for 7 nights and honestly it was superb! We loved the staff they were all so courteous and kind and the food was excellent! The rooms were superb and we had an interconnected one with our 2 daughters which was very handy! Lots of gorgeous gardens and plants it really was stunning from every angle! We loved the lobby bar and the restaurants were great! The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and the juice bar particularly was a great idea. The pools were stunning and to be honest we didn’t want to leave! Loved the morning yoga too! Thanks we will definitely be back or visit the other Pullman hotels next year!

We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach. Mai, the Relationship Manager, was extremely helpful and thoughtful throughout our stay—she organised an upgrade and a late checkout to accommodate our late flight, and communication with her was effortless. The front desk team was also very responsive through the app, which is honestly one of the best features; we even picked up a few Thai phrases from it. The fitness program is well organised, and the bellboy team was consistently warm and helpful—special thanks to the teammate who assisted with our drinks and KFC delivery (sorry we didn’t catch his name). The location is excellent with direct access to the beach and nearby amenities. A very smooth and enjoyable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Pullman Phuket Arcadia. We had a spacious comfortable room with a great view looking onto the beautiful beach. The staff were wonderful, catering for our every need with grace and a smile. Everything was spotless and the food was wonderful especially the breakfast buffet which was the best on our trip with loads of choices.
