I had a decent stay at the Ibis outer ring road Bengaluru hotel, it was arguably the nearest one and well located from my office near the back gate of Embassy Tech Village. Experienced the lovely opportunity to eat variety of breakfast every morning, enjoyed the Thai/Chinese food during the weekend. The locality is very well connected via the cab services and possesses necessary grocery and medical shops. The facility of swimming pool et al are well covered by the adjacent Novotel hotel.

This was my third or fourth stay at the property, and as always, it has been a comfortable and pleasant experience. While I did consider a few other options, I chose ibis ORR primarily for the ease of commute it offers, which significantly reduces the hassle of daily travel. I would especially like to appreciate the catering team and the front desk staff. They are consistently courteous, approachable, and willing to assist, which adds a great deal to the overall guest experience. That said, I did encounter a few minor housekeeping-related issues during this stay. The razor provided in the shaving kit was of poor quality and would benefit from replacement. Additionally, the toilet door should be checked to ensure there is a proper locking mechanism from the inside, and all charging points in the room should be fully functional. I am deducting a point primarily due to these maintenance concerns. Lastly, a special mention to Raja from the morning buffet team. His dedication truly stands out; he performs his role with genuine sincerity and personally ensures that every guest feels welcomed and comfortable. It is evident that he is well‑liked by guests, and his efforts significantly enhance the dining experience.
