The location was good but there were several issues: My booking was for a suite with balcony but at check-in I was told that no rooms with balcony are available. This should be communicated beforehand. Seems very petty that you are trying to sneak a cheaper room and charge a higher price. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room and as a guest it is ridiculous that I had to deal with them myself. Lastly, the managers at the breakfast buffet need to be attentive to all guests, not just a few select senior guests. I had to repeatedly remind them about my order while they directed all their attention to just ensuring two guests got everything they asked for immediately. As a regular at the Taj, I believe a lot more training is needed for your managerial staff in terms of hospitality and communication.

water filter was not working, maintenance team couldnt fix it, Kettle was not working didnt bother to try and fix it., Bathrooms are outdated. Breakfast was poor! should be classified as a 5 star and be allowed to charge 5 star charges

I was traveling with an infant. The appartment room was very convenient. I could cook for my baby without the additonal hassle, and focus on work as well.
