Very nice hotel, great food and service. There were a few minor issues such as sometimes forgetting to leave the bathroom robe in the room, sometimes some corners weren't cleaned properly but overall very satisfying stay.

- The amenities listed on all.com includes cycles with kids seat and badminton, which are not available. - The cricket turf and basketball area are left unattended with nobody to give bat and balls. Considering the distance one has to walk to this area, nobody would like to go back to reception to just take the sports gear. So, I suggest a small office (marked) can be set-up there for customers to issue the gear with attendant to assist. - Also, I suggest a bowling machine can be placed to enable a single person to enjoy the turf.

I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Novotel Chennai OMR Road. The hospitality was excellent, the staff were warm and helpful, and everything was well maintained. Special thanks to Nazmiya and Sova, who were wonderful hosts. Overall, a great experience and I would be happy to stay here again
