I would still give it a 10 but we requested for a connecting room and one of the rooms shower was not working and the frontdesk lady could have been more accommodating. We had to wait in the evening to speak to a fellow Filipino. But everything else is perfect.

I also appreciated how proactively they communicated the airport shuttle schedule, providing the information both at the time of booking and again before my trip. We booked it primarily because it was near the station. But we realized it's near most landmarks and the station. The staff was very accommodating, and helped us a lot from shuttle to check in, and even gave complimentary cake for bday celeb we had. It was an awesome four days!

It was a comfortable stay before an early flight out of hong kong. Due to its location inside Citygate we also had a fantastic shopping experience and dining in a Chiu Chow restaurant all within a short walking distance.

I would like to commend the staff, in particular Daniel who went above and beyond to assist me with a difficult situation. He showed understanding and compassion and was able to come up with a solution that solved it! I am very grateful to him for his response. Every other staff person I met was friendly and helpful. I loved taking walks around the area with lovely shade trees and parks and a water promenade. The pool area was really lovely with well appointed outdoor areas to sit and sun. The room was spacious and the view was delightful. I would recommend and stay here again for sure!
