It was my second stay in this hotel and I got another fantastic service from team. Location is fantastic – quiet and green area but in 15 minutes by walking you have Belvedere, Opera and Albertina. We visited Vienna for concert at Konzerthaus so it took just 100 meters from hotel. 25 minutes of driving from airport. Spacy and well-equipped rooms with excellent sleep quality, equipped with tea and coffee machines. Great breakfast. But biggest value of hotel is team. Absolutely customer- oriented, always available and always ready to help. Definitely this hotel will be choice for next Vienna visit.

I liked hotel breakfast and room was nice. Unfortunately, there was some road construction work next to the hotel and excavator started working at 2-3 am, sound was echoing from to street very loud to the room. I ate lunch one day in the hotel lobby bistro, the ceasar salad with shrimps was good but quite pricey. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and location is really nice.

A very comfortable well located hotel just off the centre of Vienna, walkable to all the sites, nice decor, and a very good breakfast, albeit with the only drawback that you have to walk over and order your own coffee from the bar (they don’t offer waiter service for coffee) but overall I would definitely return to this hotel.

My stay was excellent and very comfortable, especially considering that the hotel allowed me to check in early and even upgraded my room. I’m very thankful for that. Also, the snacks in the minibar were replenished every day, which I really appreciated. However, it would be perfect if the shower area is fitted with a full shower screen or door to prevent water from splashing out. I had to control the water flow and direction carefully to avoid that.
