This is our second stay at the hotel, and compared to a year ago, there's a noticeable decline in quality. Mostly regarding the cleanliness of the room (dirty bedding, towels), very dirty curtains and chair in the room. The receptionist who was working early Tuesday morning (08/26) was quite rude; everyone else was really fine. Considering the difference from last time, I'll think about whether I'll choose this hotel again.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The drainage in the bathroom was not functioning properly, making it practically impossible to take a shower without water accumulating and flooding the bathroom floor. I reported the issue, but no maintenance staff was available to resolve it during my stay. This significantly affected the comfort and overall quality of my stay and is not what I would expect from a hotel of this standard.

Very friendly, patient and helpful staff, the chocolate and evening set up + spray and teabag melted my heart. I booked wrongly and the front desk didn’t hesitate to assist me to correct my booking. Love your hotel but I see some changes. During stay in my daughters room there was no towels, bottle of water. In previous years I remember that in the afternoon when I returned to room there was some candies on a bed, with tea bags and small L’occitane hand creams. Also remember some chocolate pralines on a check out. Now this small things are missing.
