I love staying at Novotel. The location is superb. The carpet was upgraded from the last time I stayed there which was good. The room was clean though the furniture felt outdated. The sink was getting plugged all the time so it was a minor inconvenience for us. But we will stay again.

While we completed minor updates to guestrooms in 2023, your observations about the furnishings have been noted for future considerations. I had an absolutely amazing stay at Novotel Century Hong Kong, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Special thanks to Kate, who took great care of me throughout my stay. From check-in to the lounge experience, her warm, attentive, and professional service made me feel truly welcome at all times. The Ocean View room was very clean, comfortable, and the view was beautiful, making my stay extremely relaxing. I would also like to sincerely thank the manager Sanki and assistant manager Tiffany for their kindness and professionalism. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality really stood out. One of the highlights of my stay was the Executive Lounge on the 23rd floor. Thanks to Kate and Rachel, who was in charge of the lounge, I was able to enjoy a very comfortable and relaxing time there. The food was amazing, and the drink selection was outstanding — with a wide variety of juices, an excellent selection of delicious wines, a coffee machine, and even a cocktail area. Everything was absolutely perfect. Security was excellent, as the elevators require a room key card to access guest floors, which made me feel very safe during my stay. The surrounding area is clean, well-maintained, and felt very safe, even when walking alone. The location is also extremely convenient. There is a 7-Eleven nearby, as well as many bars, cafés, restaurants, and lounges, and the hotel is surrounded by tourist attractions and lively areas, making it perfect for both sightseeing and dining. The hospitality of the entire team was truly outstanding, and I would absolutely love to stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone staying in the Wan Chai area.
