Stayed 5 nights the hotel was well located for the Metro and in a very quiet residential area which was good to come back to after the bustle of central Rome. Room was clean and breakfast had a good choice, the staff were very efficient and helpful to my wife who is coeliac to ensure she was caters for.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights during my birthday trip to Rome and booked a Standard Room. The room was clean and quiet. It’s not a brand-new hotel, and some elements feel a little dated, but the room looked quite similar to the photos on the website, so there were no unpleasant surprises. The room had blackout curtains, air conditioning, a small fridge, a capsule coffee machine with coffee capsules, and a kettle with tea. The coffee and tea were replenished regularly. Housekeeping was done every day. I also appreciated the Nuxe toiletries (shampoo/shower gel, soap, and body lotion) as well as the tissues provided in the room. Slippers weren’t included in the standard room setup, but the staff were happy to provide them upon request. There is also free access to drinking water in the lobby 24/7, which is a very nice touch. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The reception is open 24/7, which is very convenient. They also kindly gave me some cookies for my birthday thank you for the lovely gesture! The restaurant and its terrace are also very nice. The location is quite good. The metro station is around a 5-8 minute walk away, with the blue line taking you towards the Colosseum, and there are also several bus connections. The neighborhood itself is peaceful, with restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Overall, I would say this feels more like a very good 3-star hotel rather than a 4-star one, but it’s still a good choice for Rome.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times for work, but this time I came for a vacation. As a diamond member I got an upgrade and everybody was very friendly and professional. The hotel itself is very well located near the metro and just 15 min by taxi to the center. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. It's super quiet. The breakfast has great variety and the espresso from the bar is excellent. I would stay there again.

The client service and hospitality at this hotel are off the charts. All personnel from che k-in, bar, restaurant is extremely kind, friendly and goes above and beyond. We arrived late at night after a tough day where our flight was cancelled and then rebooked to an airport 90 miles away. We were overheated, overtired, thirsty and hungry. The kindness and friendliness of the front desk clerk, the bartender and kitchen staff was truly a balm. Despite the kitchen was closing in 10 minutes we were offered a meal. We asked for two glasses of water and were given two bottles of chilled water, one sparkling one still. The room was sparkling clean and very spacious (unusual for Italian hotels). The bathroom had all new fixtures and was sparkling clean. Super comfortable bed. Mini fridge was well stocked and complimentary. The hotel has a warm but classy feel and is in one of the best areas of Rome with close access to all main attractions by metro and bus but away from the tourist orders and crowds. Don’t miss this true gem if you want to stay in a nice areas with plenty of good restaurants were Romans residents actually eat and live but away from the craziness and noise of the centre. Cannot recommend it strongly enough. I’ll be sure to be back.

Unfortunately our stay got off to a disappointing start with our room downgraded for the first night which meant we did not have the facilities that had been booked and we had to move room for the next night. I don’t think that the compensation offered was sufficient to cover the inconvenience. Afterwards the stay was comfortable rather than exemplary. For example, the hot-tub was not cleaned to the expected standard.

The room was clean, but overall this hotel did not feel like a 4star property. The room was outdated and the hotel itself needs renovation. I also couldn’t use my Silver welcome drink benefit because we checked in after midnight and the bar was already closed, so the status didn’t provide any real value. In the evening, there were several intoxicated people in the bar area, which made the atmosphere feel uncomfortable. The price isn’t high, but the 4star rating creates expectations that this hotel simply doesn’t meet. I would rather pay a bit more and stay somewhere that actually deserves its rating.

Beautiful location away from the crazy busy centre of Rome. It’s a very leafy green area. Our room was amazing. The jacuzzi out on our private terrace was wonderful. The bathroom and bedroom were well decorated and the facilities superb. I’d love to stay there again.

We were welcomed with a warm a friendly smile from Martina who was consistently helpful which made it easier to ask questions and made us feel comfortable. The location was just right with a short walk to the metro and far enough away from the hustle and bustle for it to be peaceful and calm (which was unexpected). The breakfast had something for everyone and again the staff were friendly and happy to engage which was lovely. The room was fantastic…a huge wrap around balcony completely private and panoramic views with glimpses of the mountains on the horizon. On days were you just wanted to chill out in the hot tub in the sun…in was peaceful and relaxing. We were completely undisturbed by other residents due to the sound proofed room and door, perfect for those lazy mornings ☺️ I would highly recommend this hotel and hope I have the opportunity to return. Thank you for making our first time to Rome extra special 😊
