This has been a perfect discovery for us - comfortable and well located hotel with lovely staff. We've stayed twice now and both times was excellent. It was great access en route, secure parking (not too expensive) and lovely rooms - great menu in - and a short walk to old Rouen and the wonderful variety of restaurants and bars it has to offer. Beautiful buildings and churches. We plan to extend our stay to a few days next time.

Arriving after some hours driving, we were welcomed with a smile at the check-in. Easy and affordable own parking garage. Great service of this hotel for free charging of our electric car! The rooms are clean and big (for Mercure standards) and we were happy with coffee/tea in the room. The only feedback we could find is that the pillows on the bed were small/flat (for our as dutchies) ;-). A special compliment for the staff: check-in, housekeeping, barista at bar, owner at reception everybody was so friendly and let us feel like real guests. Restaurant (with big cheese island) was excellent. We were also happy with the small breakfast option for the small eaters in the morning. We were sad to leave and definitely will come back when again in Rouen. :)
