In fact stay and food was great. Let me explain the bad part. My wifi did not work. I called reception and someone came to room to help. And they found out they used wrong email address for my reservation. I hoped they would change it. Later during checkout I provided my membership number to put reservation under and they said they corrected. But they never did. Now I see I am not getting my points, online chat needs a wait of 6-7 hours (HOURS!) to get someone and they are not helpful either. I am asked to reach back to hotel but I am on the other side of the world now. If this is the customer service I think I will not be staying at Accor hotels again.

I had an extremely pleasant experience at Grand Mercure Gopalan Mall. The hospitality throughout my stay was truly impressive. I would especially like to thank the Manager, Mr. Sagnik, for the way he handled my initial dissatisfaction. Mr Sagnik took ownership of the situation, and went the extra mile to resolve everything. His professionalism, patience, and genuine care completely turned the experience around and made my stay memorable. Thanks to his efforts and the overall warm service from the team, what could have been a disappointing visit became a wonderful one. I left feeling valued as a guest and thoroughly satisfied. I will definitely visit Grand Mercure Gopalan Mall again and would happily recommend it to others. Looking forward to my next stay!

They wanted me to provide the sharers ID card even when the person hasn’t arrived yet. I told them that she will provide her ID once she reaches and before she goes to the room. They were super ignorant. I asked them to show me the hotel policy and they showed some something that’s super irrelevant. Not like the 2nd person would not show her ID. Just that we did not want to share since she wasn’t here yet. How dumb could the hotel get and showing wrong policy that’s not on paper, bold move.

Your room was so bad; do not disturb lights was malfunctioning, and your staff ignored my request to fix it multiple times. Your toilet shampoo tip can was facing the wall, very hard to use. When I requested to fix it, you just put it on the ground.

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Mercure Gopalan Mall, Bengaluru. What truly stood out was the warmth, professionalism, and genuine care shown by the entire team. Every interaction made the stay feel comfortable and welcoming. A special mention to Manan at Reception, who was exceptionally helpful, courteous, and professional. He made the check-in experience smooth and immediately created a great first impression. Ayush and Sandeep from the culinary team, La Utsav deserve special appreciation as well. Their food, attention to detail, and willingness to ensure guests have a great dining experience were outstanding. They clearly take pride in what they do. Srikanth, Mahesh from the restaurant team was another standout. His attentive service, friendly approach, and attention to guests made every meal more enjoyable. I would also like to specifically appreciate Sneha from the Front Desk for her warm and professional service. She was always approachable and made sure everything was taken care of. A big thank you to Maithri, Sana, Rigzing from Laundry, Sandip, Abhiram, Juda, Sanita, Vivi, Enakshi, Melisha, Zeeshan, and the entire team for their hospitality and support throughout my stay. I also had a great experience at Tattva Spa, and would like to specially thank Gracy and Durga for their excellent service and hospitality. Overall, the people are what make Grand Mercure Gopalan Mall special. The team genuinely makes guests feel valued, and that is something I really appreciate. Highly recommended! I would happily return and would especially like to thank Manan, Ayush, Sandeep, Srikanth, and Sneha for making my stay memorable
