Our stay at Grand Mercure with family was truly delightful, and we are grateful to the entire team across the hotel, Lautsav Restaurant, and Tattva Spa for making it so memorable. A special thanks to Prinu for ensuring a smooth check-in and checkout experience, and for having our room ready on time without any wait. Melissa was extremely helpful with in-room services and made sure everything was comfortable for us. At the restaurant, Shivam stood out for his warm hospitality—he greeted us so well and ensured that my family felt comfortable throughout our dining experience. Chef Ayush deserves special appreciation for preparing perfect and delicious meals; my kids thoroughly enjoyed the food. We would also like to acknowledge the efforts of Abhinav, Manoj, Chandan, Shiva, Prerona, and Zeeshan for their support and service. A heartfelt thank you to Tumpa at the lounge for crafting special drinks for my family—such a thoughtful touch. Chef Devendar made sure we relished authentic South Indian food, and we truly appreciate the care taken for my family members who enjoyed every bit of it. Kudos to the talented professionals at restaurant Sandeep, Karan, Ajay, Densing, Vignesh, Adharv, Zeeshan and Vasigaran for consistently serving delicious dishes. Also, thank you to Srikanth from F&B for his excellent service. From Tattva Spa, a special mention to Neikho, who is truly exceptional at deep tissue therapy. Her technique, precise attention to pressure points, and ability to understand individual needs made the session deeply relaxing and rejuvenating—truly a standout experience. Special thanks to Durga as well for seamlessly coordinating and scheduling all the appointments. Her promptness, flexibility, and attention to detail ensured a completely hassle-free and well-organized spa experience for my entire family.
