I had an amazing stay at Grand Merecure Hotel near Gopalan Mall, Bengaluru. I had a 11 days long visit. The hotel is very conveniently located. It shares it's boundry with a large mall. The staff are very friendly and courteous. The property itself has been designed to be spacious and at none of the floors you'd feel lack of wide open space. The room is of a good size and one is very well isolated from disturbances and noises. The housekeeping and laundry services are prompt too. During my stay I couldn't find a place in the hotel which wasn't attended to with care. Gymnasium is well equipped and spacious. Swimming pool is small though. The staff in the kitchen are very warm and welcoming. They have a wide spread and choices of daily buffet meals and they do customise daily menu as per the preferences of the majority guests.
