I went here with my family (small kids too) Nice and cozy room. I like the pillow most. Super fluffy. Room super clean. Nice bed. Friendly staffs and very welcoming. Nice ambience. I would come again in future. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good first impression of the hotel! The room was well decorated and stylish. Clean and all the amenities were available. I liked the open concept for the fridge, dresser & sink! It feels very modernised and a good use of space! I was greeted by receptionist Gian who was polite and helpful! I was lucky to get early check in too! Thank you!

The staffs were all nice, pleasant, and very responsive. I find the most interesting service was the traditional massage by one of the staff named Rika (I'm not sure if she's working for Ibis or for the spa operator). I feel that the soothing touch of her massage gave me a sense of happiness and stress-relieve. Later that night, it was the deepest I've ever slept in my life. Overall, very recommended hotel!
