Had an absolutely fantastic stay during my business trip in Jakarta, the standout highlight was definitely the front office team!(Fitri, Raisa, Yadi) From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with genuine warmth and made the check-in process completely seamless. They were incredibly attentive, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. It is rare to find such exceptional hospitality, and they truly made our stay memorable. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at Ibis Styles Tanah Abang. The breakfast and food selection were excellent, and the hotel’s central location made it easy to get around Jakarta by foot, Gojek, or Grab. The facilities were superb, and every staff member was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. A special mention goes to the bellmen—their attire was unique and gave a professional security-like appearance, while their helpfulness, professionalism, and constant smiles truly stood out. They were always ready to assist with luggage and coordinate arrivals and departures. The room was comfortable, and the bed and pillows felt just like home. Overall, it was a great experience, and I look forward to staying here again on my next visit.
