The overall experience was very good. A comfy bed, good breakfast, nice and clean bathroom. The only negative was that it was very hot (outside temp was about 15° and not that sunny) and the airco didn't seem to do much

Luftkonditioneringen på hotellet är organiserad genom ett omkastningssystem, där vi värmer rummen under vintern genom fläktspolar och kyler dem under sommaren. Eftersom luftkonditioneringen inte aktiveras vid en utomhustemperatur på 15°C, kunde du inte få kall luft i ditt rum; dock skulle detta ha varit möjligt genom att öppna ett fönster. Trots detta hoppas vi att hotellets fördelar övertygade dig också, och att du kommer att överväga oss igen på din nästa resa till Köln. Breakfast was super. Rooms are clean and just for the night. I missed a refrigerator and a safe(vault) on the room. But besides that, it's a good hotel.

My room felt like a cabin into a shipping vessel, never cleaned any day

Dear George, Thank you very much for sharing your feedback with us. We regret to hear that you were not satisfied with your stay and that you booked your accommodation during Interpack with different expectations. We apologize for the lack of cleaning service and assure you that the experience you had does not represent the standard condition of the hotel and certainly does not meet our own expectations as hosts. As a trade fair hotel, you must understand that we have to charge a fee for accepting packages, as our storage capacities are also very limited, and there are options to have your packages delivered directly to the trade fair booth, although this involves higher fees. The costs for the acceptance of packages are also communicated in all our confirmations. If you booked your accommodation with us through a travel provider, it may be that due to service fees you paid more than with a direct booking. Therefore, we always recommend taking the direct booking route and would be pleased if you would consider us again at your next opportunity.
