The hotel is so beautiful and comfortable i like it so much,the receptionist was so nice and polite specially Ahmed Ali he have a lot of patience with us and he was so polite and nice every time, one of the best receptionist attend me honestly and i like it so much, the cleaners are so polite too and the food was so good

Nice room (what you can expect from Ibis). All staff friendly, however at reception not so friendly
