We are sincerely sorry for any disappointment caused by the absence of an ALL Accor Explorer dining discount during your stay, as well as the public holiday surcharge. Please allow us to clarify that public holidays fall under Accor’s standard “blackout dates”, during which member dining benefits do not apply across Accor properties. These dates are published on the official Accor website for transparency. That said, we fully understand how this may have been frustrating, and we apologise for the inconvenience it caused. Thank you also for bringing to our attention the issues with the room temperature and the splashback from the bathroom tap. Your comments have been shared with our maintenance team to ensure these matters are addressed. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the family dining options, which has been passed on to our culinary team for review.
