Cafe - We waited for an hour for our order. Cleaning- they just fixed the bad and put new towels, the rest was remaining the same. It was really horrible service which I've seen in my life. I also told the reception about this. Kids activities and the opportunities are nice, we really enjoyed with kids. So the only kids activities can make me stay there again.

The wording on the booking system needs to be clearer, i paid $361 for 1 night for two adults and a 7 year old, the booking said the child sleeps for free and i indicated on my filters that we needed two beds, arrived to the room and there was one king bed and a sofa bed that wasn’t made up! I rang to reception and told that it would be an extra $50 to get the bed made up!!! the man that answered the phone was extremely condescending to the point I needed to hang up the phone on him, I’m a paying customer and was spoken to like a child! The parking indicated that it was $15 a night yet I got charged $25! The rainbow slide for the kids was a free for all, the water in the pond was disgusting! We won’t be back

The Easter activities were very generous and the kids loved them. The fact that there was no Accor discount for meals plus a surcharge I thought was rather rude. We couldn’t get the air conditioning in our room warm enough and the tap over the sink splashed everywhere. The food on offer in the family meal areas was very ordinary but we enjoyed the atmosphere and our meals in Embers. Apart from those small things we had a lovely weekend.

Please allow us to clarify that public holidays fall under Accor’s standard “blackout dates”, during which member dining benefits do not apply across Accor properties. These dates are published on the official Accor website for transparency. That said, we fully understand how this may have been frustrating, and we apologise for the inconvenience it caused. visited with a 5mo old, 2 yr old and 2yr old pup- there's so much to do here we didn't have to leave the resort at all the whole long weekend. Clean rooms. Lots of kids entertainment. 2yo is on the short side so he missed out on train rids ,rainbow slides, boat etc. but will definitely be back once they are older . Still had plenty to do with young kids. Pup had so much space to walk around too. Clean room. Great to have a courtyard for pet. Staff so accomodating of pet -we managed to have breakfast etc. in hallway/lounges etc. just outside the restaurant.

Understaffed during holiday period - resort was very popular over the break period however it did not seem like the there was adequate staffing arranged to suit, particularly in the restaurants.
