The pools are supposed to close at 8pm. When we swim quietly in our adjacent pool at 7.40pm the lights are turned off and we find ourselves in darkness.! And Yet in the main swim Pool loads of kids are allowed to swim late night - literally screaming their heads off with no parents around to supervise. If you dont like noise and unruly kids this place is not for you. Shame as the resort itself is pleasant with the lake, kayaks and paddle boards.

A great location for a short stay. Unfortunately we had maintenance issues with the apartment which could not be attended to over the weekend, as Sebel has only one receptionist 9-3 on weekends. There was no maintenance back up for the receptionist and she was required to fulfil everyone's requests as well as check people in and out.

The house was large enough to accomodate our family (6 adults, 2 kids). Loved the nearby pools, the beach and the walk to Novotel.

This time we had 3 of the apartments on the ground floor as we were a group together. We all had a very good time and the apartments were very comfortable. Being in the apartments and having the Novotel in the grounds worked well for dining and refreshments. We will certainly be using The Sebel again. Thank you to Alison who organised the apartments for us and to Amy and Jamie on reception who were very helpful as well. See you next time!

Unit 82 needs the main shower head fixed it doesn’t stay in properly and it fell and smashed my daughters head hard, also the main tap in the kitchen needs replacing it just splashes like crazy and water goes everywhere in the bench. Really need to do better maintenance as there’s so many little things like that which should be fixed for the price you’re paying. Also not being able to use the Novotel pool anymore is a disgrace and the main reason we booked! We should have been informed when booking there was a policy change. That should be mandatory disclosure.
