poor breakfast selection and very poor quality of sofa bed

We are pleased that you appreciated our prime location near the Eiffel Tower. However, we are truly sorry that the breakfast selection and the comfort of the sofa bed did not meet your expectations. I came with my kids and wife. My kids are 3 and 2 year old. Due to flight rescheduling. We reached few hours before. Staff was super rude and we requested if any room is available, can they give so kids can take a nap and wr can give them food and milk. They refused. Later they demanded $200 and then gave a room. I already paid all my money for room in advance. I need a refund for this on humanitarian grounds.

We fully understand that travelling with young children can make such situations particularly sensitive, and we regret that your welcome did not meet your expectations. Your arrival took place at 9:45 AM. As is standard practice in most hotels in France and internationally, check-out time is set at 12:00 PM, with rooms becoming available from 3:00 PM onwards in order to allow sufficient time for cleaning and preparation between stays. These conditions are clearly stated at the time of booking and on your confirmation. This is also why, as in many hotels in France and internationally, we offer early check-in when available at a fee of €125—a service you did select and which was charged in accordance with our policy. This information is clearly stated at the time of booking as well as in your reservation confirmation. These procedures are applied consistently to ensure smooth operations for all guests across our rooms. During high occupancy periods we are unfortunately unable to make individual exceptions. We are nevertheless sincerely sorry that this situation was experienced negatively. However, in view of the contractual terms and services applied, we are unable to proceed with a refund. Room ok needs upgrade - e.g. bathroom - but most important bedroom good :-) but surroundings needs upgrade e.g. tiles and surface behind the Hotel (on the breakfast floor)
