The rooms have very unpleasant smell. In my room there was no remote control for the tv. There were long black hair on the shower wall. The reception was unable to print my invoice. They promised they will send it per e-mail. It never came. They were completely clueless.

I got to the hotel around 21:30 and the kitchen should be open until 22:00. After waiting about 15 min to be able to check in, I brought my luggage to my room and went down to order some food 5 min before 22:00 and was told the kitchen was already closed. This is very bad service if previously I was told I could have some food until 22:00. Apart from this, everything was fine.

The baby crib wasn't ready at our arrival. The room was cold (no heating turned on). Very loud karaoke in the lobby that we almost hear in the room.
