Good location next to the tram station. Rooms are dark with very poor air conditioning. Breakfast was good but the dishes were dirty; you can find stains on almost all dishes. My sister reported that she felt that one of the breakfast staff was racist and refused to provide services to her because of her religious looks. Hotel is ideal for very short stays and not recommended for families or longer stays.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction concerning the fact that on Saturday 22nd June the reataurant had been reserved for a private party which is totally unacceptable given the fact that it is a large hotel and the guests ahould be allowed access to the restaurant.Most important it was boiling hot on that day which made it impossible to wander in the lvicinity so the only possible option was to stay in the room.I believe that the other guests would have aharwd the same opinion.
