The service is great, the facilities in the hotel are also great. The breakfast is so good, as there are different type of food every morning ! Having such a great time in the hotel. However, be aware that there are extra 15% charge of VAT (10%) and service (5%) for all the service or goods that you purchased (include spa and restaurants etc).

Pleasant short stay

It was a pleasant short stay. Rooms are warm and aircon remains at set temperature. The room ac should be set to whatever temperature the guests needs. We were sweating every night with the heavy covers and it was a good thing we were only staying for 3 nights. We then went to Intercon for 5 nights with much much cooler rooms

We stayed 3 nights by Movenpick as a part of our vacation. Honestly, it was the best experience during our vacation. The suite is nice and huge with a sea view. We liked a lot the pool and beach. The Aura bar and the lobby bar are really excellent with a great selection of cocktails and drinks. The food at Aura bar and main restaurant was also delicious and nicely presented. The hotel itself got a prime location next to the public bus station (free of charge in Phu Quoc) and 10 mins with a direct bus to the city center. Frontdesk are very kind, reactive and helpful. Housekeeping personnel and management are kind and doing an excellent job. Management at all levels, are so kind, listening carefully to customers feedback, and doing their best to keep high quality standards and provide guests with the best experience. Special thanks to the guest relation manager who knows how to turn complaints in a compliments, and made our visit into a memorable stay. Thank you for everything and I hope to visit you once again soon.

Went to the spa at Mövenpick a few days ago for a manicure and pedicure. Ms. Vi did an amazing job with my nails! Both the manicure and pedicure were done very carefully with a lot of attention for detail. I would definitely recommend everyone to get their nails done here!
