This new hotel is well located in a beautiful coastal road, Nha trang North. We stayed in an ocean view room with the spectacular view of sun rise. The staff is very attentive and helpful.

Pre arranged early breakfast set (leaving hotel before 6 am) was unsatisfactory. Requested sandwich and got 2 slices of plain white bread. Hot coffee was served cold. Ate late dinner at Hansen restaurant which specialises in Cantonese dim sum. Dim sum were good although an item in our order was overlooked. Service recovery was made. Breakfast dim sum nothing like the ala carte serving. Average breakfast all in all. Hardware of hotel was good , with it being new . Staff are helpful and usually there's a senior staff around who could converse in English. Cleanliness was good, although the missus found 2 strands of hair on the sofa. The toothpaste were expired . Bath robe provided are excellent Independent laundry shop within 100 m from hotel which will wash and deliver your clothes back within the day.

The most impressive part of my stay was the excellent condition of the furniture, the clean room and bathroom, and the comfortable bed. The sea was just across the road, which was convenient. For me, it was obvious that the hotel's concept was primarily aimed at Chinese tourists; Western food options were very limited. Although the staff were nice and welcoming, their English skills could be improved.

We stayed for two nights starting July 30th, and had dinner at HANSEN ADD on both evenings. The restaurant served excellent food, and the service staff was wonderful. Located right in front of the beach, it offered a beautiful view of the moonlight reflecting on the ocean, allowing us to have a fantastic time. Thank you so much to all the staff. We hope to visit again in the future and have another wonderful time.

I wanted to enjoy my stay at this hotel. It is a brand-new, budget-friendly Accor property with great physical potential. Unfortunately, the service and maintenance fall drastically short of international 5-star expectations. I originally sent a detailed breakdown of these issues privately to the hotel team hoping for a constructive dialogue, but they completely ignored my communication, offering no response, no apology, and no compensation. Here is what you can expect if you book a stay: The Positives Modern Facilities: The physical property is fresh, brand-new, and in very good condition. Breakfast: While the overall buffet selection is fairly average, the dim sum was genuinely delicious. The Frustrations Careless Check-In: The front desk agent forgot to return my passport visa slip after scanning it. Fortunately, I noticed the oversight on the spot and recovered it, but this could have caused major immigration complications for me at the airport. Severe Language Barriers: The staff struggles significantly with basic English. I had to rely on translation apps just to ask for a razor. Subpar Amenities & Housekeeping: The room amenities do not meet standard Accor expectations. The provided razor was harsh, there was no body lotion, and the tissue box was nearly empty. A request for a tissue refill was completely ignored. When I used a translation app to request body lotion, housekeeping misunderstood and instead left bulk refill bottles of body wash and shampoo by the sink. Poor Maintenance: The lockers and showers on the men's side of the swimming pool area smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which was highly unpleasant. Voucher Fiasco: Redeeming my Accor welcome drink vouchers was a highly disorganized ordeal. Despite pointing at the menu and using a translator, staff asked me to choose individual components for a mocktail. I eventually gave up and requested a simple Coke and water. The drinks took 15 minutes to arrive, and staff still asked me to pay after already photographing my vouchers. The Verdict The Handwritten Morning Glow Hotel has a strong foundation, but the team requires major retraining in hospitality basics, property upkeep, and English communication to truly meet Accor standards. The fact that management completely ignored a private, constructive complaint speaks volumes about their current commitment to guest satisfaction. Until they improve, I cannot recommend staying here.

My friend suddenly fell ill with severe stomach pain in the middle of the night and went down to the lobby so as not to disturb anyone. The front desk and security personnel on duty approached her with genuine concern and advised her to seek medical attention. Being in an unfamiliar foreign country with a language barrier, my friend was extremely anxious about going to a hospital alone. To our absolute relief, the staff members willingly accompanied her to the hospital and assisted her through every single step. The next morning, front desk manager Tho Pham also checked up on her status, showing continuous care and attention. Words cannot express how thankful we are. The staff didn't just do their jobs; they treated my friend like family. We will never forget this exceptional level of care. Please convey my appreciation to every staff member on duty at that time.

Highly recommend fellow Accor members to skip this hotel when visiting Nha Trang. Horrible customer service. The staff would rather assist foreign customers than cater to local hotel guests. Doesn’t matter if you are an Accor member. The pillow is dirty and has moths on them. Zero bellboy asssistance. Lied about the fact that I could check out late based on my Accor member status, and changed their mind at the end. I had to scramble to pack up my things.

We only got to enjoy this property for one night, but let me tell you, if you're looking for a nice place at an affordable price, you can't go wrong here. The first thing I noticed was how seriously they take hygiene and cleanliness, which goes a long way, especially for a guest like me who spends most of the year staying in hotels with the family. Let's start with the room: it's modern, with automatic opening blinds and a tablet that controls most of the amenities like the lights and air conditioning. But the best part of this place is 100% the shower. OMG — you can turn on all three shower modes at once and it's like getting a 360° clean, with water pressure that's absolutely spot on. If you don't mind the extra travel to the centre of town (15–20 minutes), this is a great option. The breakfast was generous too, with a really nice view of the ocean. Overall, a great short stay.

From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and enjoyable. The team was welcoming and professional. I especially liked the restaurant, where the food was fresh and well prepared. Breakfast offered many options, and the atmosphere was relaxing. I would happily come back.

I stayed for three nights while I explored the Nha Trang area. The hotel is maintained at a high standard, and the staff (including reception and housekeeping) were approachable and happy to oblige. A wonderful refuge from the bustling streets.

We booked this hotel because our flight was at 12:00 am. and we only needed a place to rest for a few hours before heading to the airport. So we checked in and out on the same day. We arrived before 2:00 p.m. As Platinum members, we expected a smooth check-in experience. We handed over our passports to be scanned and then waited. However, no one explained anything to us. After waiting for more than 30 minutes, we decided to leave our luggage and come back later after exploring outside while they processed our check-in. We returned a little over an hour later, well after the check in time, exhausted and expecting that we would simply pick up our room key. Instead, nothing had been completed. We had to wait another 20 minutes or more for the check-in process to be done. Finally, we received our room key and went upstairs to rest. Shortly afterward, hotel staff came to our room and interrupted us because they said they needed to scan our passports again and take another photo. It made no sense and completely disrupted the short time we had to relax. The check-out experience was even worse. The hotel insisted that housekeeping inspect our room before we could leave. We had stayed for less than five hours and explained that we had a flight to catch, but they still made us wait. After the inspection, they claimed a towel was missing. Earlier, we had spent some time at the pool. Unlike most hotels, this hotel did not provide towels at the pool, although there was a towel collection basket there. We reasonably assumed we should bring towels from our room, use them at the pool, and leave them in the collection basket. That is exactly what we did. Nevertheless, they spent about 30 minutes trying to locate the towel before finally realizing what had happened. To make matters worse, we also dined at the restaurant. Several wines listed on the wine menu were actually unavailable, including the ones we wanted to order. In the end, we had no choice but to drink beer instead. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The entire stay was filled with unnecessary delays, poor communication, and a complete lack of consideration for guests’ time—especially for someone staying only a few hours before an international flight.

I chose this hotel primarily because I was an Accor Platinum member. It stood among all the other brands under Accor. It was a boutique hotel and it my first experience staying at a Handwritten Collection hotel before. I will start off with the positives. I liked the hotel on first impressions, very tidy, polished and clean. It looks good no matter the day and pleasantly surprised that the room was upgraded to a room with balcony. I thanked front desk for the room upgrade. Upon entering the room, I liked how warm and welcoming it looks. Especially the colours that greeted me and very easy on the eyes. The room also quite modern with USB slots for charging my electric toothbrush, headphone and smart watch. The balcony gives us a pleasant view of the beach and made it more convenient for cigarette breaks. Some will criticize the hotel being located far from town and I do think it is far but at this part of town, it is quieter with less road and human traffic. It also exposes me to more local eateries and liked the fact that the beachfront is just across the road. The breakfast was excellent as well with good varieties to choose from and enjoyed every single day of it. Final positives has to be the hotel willingness to allow a late check-out despite the high occupancy rate. Not as late as I wanted but a good compromise. I wanted 4pm, the duty manager said 1pm at first and when I explained that I had a late evening flight and he relented to 2pm. Agreed at 2pm finally and thanked him. Later this will emerge as a problem as well. Now the negatives, the first thing that grinds my gear immediately after check-in, is that I only get 2 bottles of water a day and any extra I will have to pay extra. That to me is ridiculous and unacceptable for a 5 star boutique hotel. Especially given the harsh Nha Trang heat. That is just very unreasonable and very unwelcoming and I am not pleased with that to the extent I asked my hotel in HCM whether extra bottles of waters are charged. After all water is a basic human need. It is something we as human beings drink daily. I refuse to pay for water and my protest is I purchased a 5 liter bottle of water. Then the next unacceptable aspect of the stay was the poor noise insulation. I mean I am already staying on the 12th floor, quite high up and being in Vietnam where honking is the norm, I can hear it out especially an angry honk. It disrupts my peace and is an unacceptable for a 5 star hotel. The noise insulation should have been top notch. I have stayed at noisy areas and at a much lower floor and it was not as unpleasant as The Morning Glow. I did use the pool and liked the pool. I ordered a round of drinks there and said to charge to my room. On the day of check-out, the front desk phoned me after noon for check-out and asked whether I needed assistance with my luggage. Upon my check-out, I was having a cigarette break outside and I have been chased to pay the bill three times! Why is there a need to follow up with me three times within a span of 15 minutes? I am not running away, I just want to have my cigarette in peace and enjoy my welcome drink in peace before I proceeded to the front desk to settle the outstanding bill. I did eventually settle it and check-out. It left me with a bitter experience and something that did not impress me. Overall, I rate this hotel is decent but with some let downs. I still enjoyed my stay overall and none of the negatives ruined my holiday. Would I recommend others? Yes but will tell them my negative experience as well and let them decide for themselves. Will I stay choose The Morning Glow again? Not as my first choice, I will choose another hotel.

Very welcoming. Catering to Chinese mainly. Vi and Qui from F&B took care of me as if I was a lost family member. Nice pool overlooking the sea and quiet beach across the street.
