The staff were wonderful and it’s just across the road from the beach. The only downside is it can be noisy due to it’s central location

Great stay in a wonderful location overlooking Nha Trang bay. Really enjoyed waking up before 5am to watch the sunrise from our balcony. Very attentive staff, excellent facilities and expansive breakfast buffet made for a memorable stay.

However, I did not have a pleasant experience with the staff during my stay. I contacted reception to ask if someone could assist in bringing my Grab food order to my room, as I had already changed into sleepwear and, given that I was staying for a business trip, it was inconvenient to go downstairs. The receptionist informed me that, while there is normally a policy against bringing outside food to guest rooms, they would make an exception in this case. I appreciated this gesture. However, the staff member who delivered my food displayed a noticeably poor attitude, he gave me attitude, handed over the food hastily without saying a word, and walked away immediately. I would also like to note that this was consistent with his earlier behavior when he assisted with my luggage upon arrival. His demeanor felt unfriendly and unwelcoming. As someone who works in the hospitality industry and has stayed at many hotels, I believe that service attitude is extremely important. If a request cannot be accommodated, it is completely understandable. However, if staff choose to assist, it should be done with professionalism rather than with visible dissatisfaction. And I did ask my coworker as she got the same unfriendly experience
