Our stay at Novotel Nha Trang was wonderful. The room was very clean and well prepared, and the staff were exceptionally kind and caring to our whole family. The hotel is right by a beautiful beach, with a stunning sunrise view from the room. Morning jogging along the beach was especially enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

This is my second and will not be my last stay with them. I have a good sweet start during checkin and happy it was handled by the loving Ms. KIM from the front desk. It was smooth process and happy to get back my previous room. Happy with the room amenities and happy some good rest, I went for my buffet dinner in the Square Restaurant. I met and welcomed by the warmth Ms Thanh (Restaurant Manager) and happily led to my favourite table. They took care of me by preparing some good seafoods and not forgetting the prawn bisque which is out of the buffet range. Had a Good night sleep and enjoy a sumptuous breakfast with a special blend Dragon fruit juice. . Not forgetting my dear Ms. Tu (F&B Manager), she is so bubbly and we were very excited meeting each other again. As I have mentioned, GM Phuong has three sweet angels. Ms Kim, Ms Thanh and Ms. Tu. They are the main booster for a great stay in Novotel Nha Trang. I was sent off by GM Phuong and happily wearing a Big Smile towards Grand Mercure Dalat leaving behind a Great Stay experience in Novotel Nha Trang

Everything went well as expected but the shower in our family room of 4 runs out of hot water. will need to wait 10 minutes in between showers. not what i would have expected or told to do during check in.

From the moment we hopped out of the car at Novotel, we were greeted by friendly staff. Check in was quick and friendly. We were upgraded to the 17th floor and our room was beautiful. Very clean, spacious and a view over looking the beach. Our room was cleaned perfectly every day . Breakfast was always fresh and by the next morning the staff knew what coffee we liked. I am in love with the Vietnamese coffee. We had the BBQ seafood Buffett twice. Very good price and very fresh food. The staff who stood out were Tu. She saw us everyday to wish us a good day . Ms Huong, Man, Huy, Tru. Linh The security opening the door every time we came in or left always greeted us with a smile. We had a massage and it was very refreshing. All staff were happy and friendly and did their job perfectly. This is a reflection on management. Will definitely come back to Novotel Nha Trang.
