I had an excellent second stay at Novotel Nha Trang, which once again confirmed that the staff here are among the friendliest and most welcoming I have encountered at any Accor hotel. A special mention goes to the wonderful buffet breakfast team, especially Thanh, who looked after us every morning with genuine warmth and exceptional service. I would also like to thank Man from the lobby bar, who made some of the best cocktails I have enjoyed during my travels—an absolute highlight of my stay. Additionally, it was a pleasure to meet General Manager Mrs. Anh, who took the time to stop by our table during breakfast, chat with us about our stay, and ensure that everything was perfect. Her personal attention and genuine care for guests truly reflect the hotel's commitment to outstanding hospitality.
