Awesome. I usually stay at Accor premium or luxury brands, but Novotel was the only choice in Nha Trang Center. I'm glad it was. The friendliess of the staff--from the front desk staff to security guards, to chambermaids to F&B staff--was amazing. I was gteeted by everyone on staff all day, every day in passing. Also impressed by the level of English of the staff. Room was great. I got an upgrade to a Deluxe Room with my platinum status. Room was great. Great views. Comfy bed. Turndown service with a sweet treat each night. Water pressure in the shower is proper. The seafood buffet dinner was delish and a great value for money. I read the reviews prior to my arrival, but was a bit skeptical as Novotel is not 5 star. The service is 5 star. The people seem to thoroughly enjoy their jobs, which is so nice to see and experience. Novotel will from now on be my go-to Hotel in Nha Trang city center. In fact, I have another booking from July 12-15, 2024. Looking forward to my return next week and hopefully many more to come.

The quality of service here is top notch. My family got a great welcome from front desk staff with refreshing lemongrass drinks. Mr. TUAN from night shift gave us a brief pre check in at 6am. We were exhausted from the night trip, but he was so patient and tried to accommodate us with pool area for resting and local visiting suggestion. We have 3 rooms but they were so kind to upgrade us in all nice and comfortable rooms in this busy summer time. Ms. KIM in the reception team genuinely cared for us. She even concerned for my parents' safety in the room with steps. While their room did not face the ocean directly like the others, it is surely more spacious and quiet. We loved our rooms very much even they are not in top floor. We have only 2 nights here but our housekeepers, Ms. THU and Ms. DUYEN provided the greatest rooms with all clean towels every days and even some cake amenities every afternoon. It's so refreshing to come back with a clean and tidy room. Thank you very much ladies! For fun activities and dining suggestion, Mr. Ý and Mr. HÀ in concierge team had some great input. It's so convenient to have on side team who are able to take care of all the tickets and activities without lining up at the entrance of entertainment locations. This hotel serves 3 meal buffet every day. The price is quite reasonable. Location is right at the center, where there are many restaurants, convenient stores, beach and some local attraction. The hotel even has some chairs and umbrellas on the beach that runs from 7am to 4pm everyday, first comes first serves. While this is not the newest hotel in Nha Trang, the furniture and overall hotel got maintained so well that we found comfort and cozyness. Once again, thank you Novotel Team who made this trip memorable. We will be back another time!
