We had a pleasant stay at Novatel for 8 nights in January ‘26. The staff were great, especially those on reception. Our sea view room, 1210, was roomy and comfortable. BE AWARE - The hotel residents tap on both the hand basin and shower, can be literally boiling hot! There should be a warning sign telling you this. DO NOT TURN THE HOT TAP TOO FAR TO THE LEFT, you will scold yourself. The hotel residents were primarily Russian, as is most of Nha Trang. It is a popular destination for them. The swimming pool was freezing, but so are most hotel pools from my experience. I hardly saw anyone using it. We did regularly use one of the 7 or 8 sun beds round the pool, but the pool never got the sun, it is constantly shaded. For us, the hotel location is very good as it was only a short walk from the shops, restaurants, bars and market. Be aware, the pavements, like most pavements we have walked in the last couple of weeks in Vietnam, are very poorly maintained. Pot holes, risen slabs, uneven paving stones are everywhere. I’ve nearly come a cropper on a couple of occasions. This is no reflection on the hotel, but it’s something you should know. If you stay at the Novatel, you’ll must have a trip to the VinPearl cable car and VinCom Theme Park. The receptionist arranged that for us and got us a seniors discount (for the over 60’s) a Buffett meal for 600,000 VND (£16-80) You can’t beat that. Good stay and I would stay again if I was ever back in Nha Trang, which is unlikely.

This hotel offers an excellent combination of great location, strong value for money, and attentive service. I was highly satisfied throughout my stay, and it’s a place I would gladly return to on my next visit. The hotel is conveniently located about a 10–20 minute walk from many of Nha Trang’s main restaurants and attractions. Just across the road, you’ll find Nha Trang Beach (Bãi biển Nha Trang), the seaside promenade, and the city’s iconic night landmark, Trầm Hương Tower (Tháp Trầm Hương). The Nha Trang Night Market is also only about a 5-minute walk away, making it a great base for sightseeing. The view from the hotel terrace is a real highlight. Relaxing on the sunbeds while looking out over Nha Trang Bay, the coastline stretching toward Vinpearl Resort across the water, and the waves rolling in was truly memorable—especially at night, when the scenery becomes even more beautiful. Although we arrived after mid-night due to a late-night flight, the reception team welcomed us kindly and made check-in smooth and pleasant. I also appreciated that the requests I had sent by email in advance were well communicated and handled, which gave me confidence in how well the hotel is managed. As this was a family trip, we booked two rooms. We were very grateful for the Platinum upgrade, and the team also arranged connecting rooms, which made our stay much more comfortable. They even proactively offered late check-out, which was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast had a reasonable selection and the quality was satisfying. The infinity pool and gym were also well maintained, and overall the facilities were in excellent condition. All staff members were friendly and professional—special thanks to the team at the reception desk for their help and care. If I visit Nha Trang again, I would be happy to stay here again.

Staff are friendly and welcoming. I felt safe for my children (18&13) staying in their own room closed by. All of our requests were responded promptly. We definitely will stay at Novotel again next time we are in Nha Trang.

Not since Novotel Bangkok Siam Square in the time of GM Sagar Naker (2…) did we expect another Novotel nearly as warm and fulfilling. Novotel Nha Trang came as a huge surprise last week. There to greet us in person were two GMs. One was the vivacious Outgoing GM (Mrs) Nguyen Thi Thu Phuong. The other was Incoming GM Truong Ngoc Thuy Anh, no less a fine lady for a hotelier of 17 years experience. Both founding pillars, since Year 2009. In 30 minutes, the two ladies won us over completely. We knew it was going to be thoroughly enjoyable in this 4-star establishment - facilities-wise, food-wise and people-wise. Little did we imagine it would turn out to be the finest Novotel for us in the entire Accor Network, after our experience with GM Sagar Naker. The entire team was at our disposal, from DFB Tu, Executive Chef My Hanh and Sous Chef Vu, to RM Thanh, RS Ngoc Ne, BM Man and RC Huong. All lovely people, giving their best, at all times. Software that makes the hardware work. That's the Novotel we can call 'home'. Thank you, GM Anh and Team NNT. If you have room for us, we'll be back. 🥰
