This is by far the Number 1 Movenpick hotel that I have stayed in and easily one of the most impressive resorts I have been to in thr world. This sprawling property has lots of facilities from water slides, tennis courts to even a rope park. Pre-arrival request was acknowledged and delivered upon arrival and they even have an entire dedicated VIP lobby for eligible guests for a more pleasant check-in and check-out experience as the regular lobby is really packed with guests during the high season now. The Villa Host team (Le My, Yen, Minh, Hani, Huyen and Amy) who manages this lobby were all very well trained and extremely professional. Amy also took me on a tour of different room types upon my request as I do intend to return again for another relaxing stay and personally recommended some rooms which she felt will better suit my preferences. Serenity Spa is perhaps my favourite spot to be as I patronise it daily during my stay and seriously blown away by the massage skills of the therapist Nguyet whom I asked for subsequently. This spa has 23 treatment rooms in total and judging from the amount of guests I see on my visits, it is wildly popular among holidaymakers and the lovely spa receptionist Duyen can even speak multiple languages as I heard her speaking Korean at one point. Thao, the spa manager and her team certainly runs this place well. Breakfast area was super packed as it's high season now but the management still managed to set aside some seats for elite members of Accor programme to enjoy their breakfast in a more peaceful area of the Panorama restaurant. On top of this, elite members are also treated to a complimentary 2-hour long session of Pre-Dinner at Typhoon Nightclub from 4-6pm with beverages (including alcoholic options) along with selection of canapes. My 2 hosts for the Pre-Dinner sessions during my stay, Trinh and Kieu were very attentive, making sure I had regular refills and made sure I was well-looked after. I can only say time was not enough for me as there's simply too much things to enjoy here and the pools close pretty early at 6pm (but they open at 6am too). I certainly love a good soak after sun down during the hot summer season so extending it to 8pm would be ideal. Nevertheless, I look forward to returning again. This resort is a winner!

I booked directly through the hotel’s official website, but it took quite a long time to receive the reservation confirmation, which was very inconvenient. As a result, I had to send several emails and make multiple phone calls to the reservation office. Although I raised complaints regarding this issue, I did not feel that the matter was handled properly. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at the hotel. However, I was disappointed that the available activities were not well promoted, so I was unable to fully enjoy them during my stay. In addition, I was quite surprised that most of the staff were unable to communicate in basic English, which made communication difficult at times.

This is our third visit to Mövenpick Cam Ranh and we enjoyed it once more. Even though the resort was pretty full, we could enjoy quiet and privacy.

We had an incredible three-week stay at the hotel. We stayed in a private villa with our own swimming pool, which was incredibly convenient and made the holiday feel truly special. The villa also came with an electric hob, giving us the flexibility to prepare small meals ourselves. The dining experience was outstanding. We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner included, and every single meal was delicious, varied, and of high quality. A very special thank you to Chef Harald for his excellent work, the wonderful organization of the meals, and his flexibility in accommodating guests’ needs. He truly made a difference. We also want to say a huge thank you to the Butler and Villa host team (Front Desk Priority Welcome). Thanks to their attentiveness and excellent organizational skills, we decided to extend our holiday by an extra week. We are already planning our next visit! It's been almost two weeks since my trip to Vietnam, and I even dreamed aboutthat terrible check-in experience last night。 1. The hotel check-in time was too late - we arrived at 3 PM and had to wait almost an hour to check in; 2. Electric bike riders aren't always careful about making sure everyone's on board, and they also ride really fast; 3. Poor room service - we stayed for two nights and didn't need cleaning, just water. We had to wait over two hours for it; 4. The two-bedroom beach villa we booked - we asked in advance for a location with better views, and they told us we'd need to pay extra. The villa they assigned us was in the second row from the beach. I don't think this counts as the beach villa described in the booking title; it's just by the beach 5. The worst experience was definitely the buffet dinner. After sitting at a table for nearly ten minutes without seeing the menu or confirming with a server, the restaurant staff and manager Dien came over with a terrible attitude and a harsh tone, telling me I couldn't sit there, You can sit in that corner.they did it multiple times。 The experience was absolutely terrible - I even had nightmares about it in the middle of the night half a month after I got back home.
