**"Another Wonderful Stay at Movenpick Resort"** This was my second time at Movenpick Resort, and it was just as amazing as the first! I love the spaciousness, vibrant atmosphere, delicious food, pools, and the variety of outdoor activities like the rope park and ball games. What truly stands out, though, is their exceptional service, especially for Accor members. The team is incredibly helpful, welcoming, and adds a personal touch to everything they do. Special thanks to the privilege reception team including Yen, Phong, and the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We absolutely loved the villa and can’t wait to return!

It was the second visit to Movenpic Nha Trang. Especially, this stay was really good. Sophie Nguyen, who was in charge of the email guide before the stay, gave me a good feeling before I stayed, and I wanted to say hello at the hotel, but I couldn't meet you, so I'm writing it here. Thank you. 🌸And thank you to LAM, who responded to me when I checked in after arriving at the hotel, was kind and even informed me of the time of the facilities in the hotel~ ^ ^ Thanks to you, it was a fun trip. Great facilities, really enjoy Movenpick Cam Ranh. Good location with plenty for the children to do in a safe environment. Especially like the Swiss 'vibe' and the Swiss restaurant is wonderful. The only issue is the service in the Tropic restaurant (we have stayed before and same issues), the staff either forget what you have ordered, bring the wrong thing or dont tell you when something has changed (ie. firstly forgetting to put our lunch order in the system and then bringing a Caprese salad with Burrato and trying to say it was Mozarella.). Also, the staff in this restaurant (as compared to the breakfast buffet restaurant and the Swiss restaurant where it was a very enjoyable experience) never smile (usually a grumpy expression) or helpful.

Good family vacation

We went on a family vacation at the end of July for six days to Vietnam. We arrived at the hotel on July 24th until July 30th. We were three families. We took two suites and one villa for the larger family. The rooms today are very luxurious. The room service was excellent.
