I booked two junior suites but although the information states for two adults and two children per suite they clearly do not accommodate children. I had to swap one of the suites for two interconnection rooms. So booking in did not go well as I had to haggle the price as they wanted a lot more money. The only other issues we had were both with the Tropicana restaurant. The first time was the meals came out over a long period of time and the meat was still raw. The second time we ordered after 20 minutes our cocktails arrived with our main meal and we had not received our starter. So they took the mains away until later. This caused the fish and chicken to be dry. So our last meal was disappointing. Apart from the above the other two restaurants and hotel were good.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and misunderstanding caused during your arrival experience. We are also very sorry to learn about your disappointing experiences at Tropicana Restaurant. Please accept our sincere apologies for the delays in service and the inconsistency in food quality and timing. This is certainly not the standard we strive to deliver. Checkin was not ready at 3, room condition was terrible, not maintained properly, bedding smelled, hotel made mistake on room charge so created unnecessary drama

Please accept our sincere apologies for the shortcomings you experienced, particularly the delay in having your room ready slightly after 3:00 PM and the condition of the room upon arrival. This is certainly not the standard we strive to deliver. We have discussed your feedback internally with our Housekeeping and Engineering teams to ensure improvements are made. We also regret the inconvenience caused by the POS system error, which prevented us from processing the deposit for the first night smoothly. We fully understand the frustration this may have caused and sincerely apologize for the disruption to your experience.
