We sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the payment process and for any inconvenience caused during your departure. Regarding room charge payment, please allow us to explain that when a reservation is made, the credit card details provided are used to guarantee the booking. Our team had not charged your card prior to your arrival. If a charge had been processed in advance, an automatic confirmation email along with the transaction details would have been sent to you. As your booking had not been prepaid, payment was settled upon check-in according to the reservation terms. We understand that this may not have been communicated clearly, and we regret any confusion this caused. We also apologize for the wait during the check-out process while our team completed the room inspection. We appreciate that you were on a tight schedule to catch your flight, and we are sorry that this experience left you feeling frustrated. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
