Checkin was not ready at 3, room condition was terrible, not maintained properly, bedding smelled, hotel made mistake on room charge so created unnecessary drama

Please accept our sincere apologies for the shortcomings you experienced, particularly the delay in having your room ready slightly after 3:00 PM and the condition of the room upon arrival. This is certainly not the standard we strive to deliver. We have discussed your feedback internally with our Housekeeping and Engineering teams to ensure improvements are made. We also regret the inconvenience caused by the POS system error, which prevented us from processing the deposit for the first night smoothly. We fully understand the frustration this may have caused and sincerely apologize for the disruption to your experience. The villa was very big, clean and comfortable. Private pool was very well maintained and of a good size. Buffet breakfast had a good spread and food was delicious.
