I’m so happy stay the hotel with my family ,but I need you help me to double confirm my Gold ring lost my room(room No.1106) on 29th Dec 2025,I definitely confirm the gold ring on the shower room as I help my daughter to shower, it’s not convenient, so I take off my gold ring, and my parents told me when he was shower he saw a gold ring in the shower room ,so please help me double check as the gold ring(shape: rose shape)

i lost my ring in the room and contact the hotel so many times after checking out but receive no response.

Dear Ms. Xin W., Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We would like to take this opportunity to update you regarding your lost item. Upon receiving the phone call and email from Ctrip concerning your lost-and-found inquiry, we immediately reported the matter to our Security and Housekeeping teams to conduct a thorough check of our lost-and-found records and the room involved. Unfortunately, despite these efforts, we were unable to locate the ring. We also informed Ctrip of the outcome of our investigation accordingly. We fully understand how important this ring is to you, and we sincerely regret that we were unable to recover it. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience or disappointment this may have caused. We sincerely apologize that we were unable to offer you an early check-in due to the high occupancy during your stay. We would also like to kindly explain the situation regarding your connecting room request. Your original reservation was for two Deluxe Twin rooms, and unfortunately, this room category does not offer connecting rooms. As a result, we were unable to accommodate this request. It's noticeable that the hotel is old. Breakfast was like a 3-star hotel, there was no hot water in the room, the nightstand was covered in tape, the towels in the room were ragged, and the towels on the beach were dirty. The New Year's dinner was delicious, but there was no good alcohol, even for a fee, the fireworks were short and unsightly.
