Mövenpick was so fun and a beautiful resort. Lots of pools as options and the design of the villa was spacious and private. Clean and good service. The resort couldn’t seem to accommodate breakfast for the full resort though, guests were taken to the event hall where an extra buffet was set up however it wasn’t a nice experience. I would think they should have another breakfast buffet set up in the beach restaurant or other restaurant on the resort so breakfast can be properly accommodated for everyone. It felt very busy and pushy and it was not nice. The food options and quality were however good. The other thing was the kids club is not good. It was small and felt very hectic. It would be nice to see a kids club with a relaxed environment and enough space. They said if you leave an under 5 year old there you (the adult) have to stay with them - what’s the point in that? It also meant there were a few random parents hanging out in the kids club so I did not feel safe even leaving my older children there. I would expect that they have a better system for a kids club so as a parent I can feel safe and confident leaving my children there for any amount of time.

As an Accor member, this is the worst 5 star hotel that we’ve ever experienced. First thing, when we first checked in the hotel’s villa, we instantly observed that the couch is dirty and we’ve had to call for room service to clean that up the moment we checked in. Secondly, because the breakfast hall was too crowded and chaotic, we were invited by waitresses to another room and we were highly disappointed. The dining room we were led into was of dreadful quality, poor furnituring, poor food quality. It wasn’t even close to meeting the standard of a 4 star hotel. The main dining hall was overfilled and incredibly crowded. Half of the empty tables with no guest occupation were only ‘reserved’ for Accor members in the entire morning. Worse, most of the ‘reserved’ tables had no one showing up to it even after the breakfast buffet has ended. Waitresses attitudes were awful and unrespectful to the hotel’s guests. We ordered a tea and sweets serving to be served at 14:30 on 13/7 to our villa, a service which we have already ordered and paid for when we first checked in. However, no one showed up at our door. When we called in to ask, the only answer we received was that our booked food service could not be completed because the hotel was too crowded. It is very disrespectful to dismiss your hotel’s guests, even worse as we’ve already paid for the service beforehand.

I checked in today The front office Employees are very kind Asap feed backs too I am so happy to be here Thank you 체크인 했는데 직원분들이 너무 친절하네요 체크인 시간 전에 룸이 가능한지 메일로 연락준다고 해서 기다렸는데 시간보다 빨리 연락줘서 편하게 체크인했어요 아이들과 함께 온 여행이라 걱정했는데 덕분에 즐거운 여행이 될거같아요 남은시간도 재미있게 놀다갈게요
