We understand that timely buggy service and prompt delivery of room amenities are important parts of a comfortable holiday, and we regret that our service did not meet your expectations in these areas. Your comments have been shared with the relevant teams for review and improvement. We are particularly really regret to know about the housekeeping incident. We have checked CCTV coverage of the sequence. It shows that the housekeeping attendant rang the doorbell and knocked on your door before entering. We can understand your distress when we entered your room whilst you were in the shower. For future visits to hotels, we recommend that you engage the ‘do not disturb' sign in your room for full assurance that no staff member enters your room. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the sound insulation in the connecting room and the operating hours of the main pool.
