We had an amazing stay at Cam Ranh. The staff were fantastic and polite and very helpful. The facilities were very clean, and so much to do for all the family. We truly would recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a relaxing holiday.

Beautiful beach location

We came for a family vacation with a teenager and stayed in a 2-bedroom seaview pool villa. We didn't leave the hotel the entire time as I was recovering from a sprained ankle. We ate at the hotel the entire time except for one night we went to the Radisson Blu restaurant next door. We appreciated that the buggy could take us there. The villa was very spacious and comfortable. The beach was lovely and we appreciated that the beach staff kept it clean. There is literally no other resorts closeby so the beach felt very private. There are also no sellers (which actually we would have been ok with). We liked that there was also always a beach lounger available for us. The beach bar doesn't accept Accor membership which we found odd. We felt like the villa had a "fake kitchen". No pots, pans, dish soap/towel, utensils, etc. and instead if you wanted to use them you had to pay extra - very different than the Movenpick villas in Phu Quoc. The grocery store was way expensive and there is nothing around. In-room food selection was not great. They should have the full beach menu or more from Tropicana. The gym was missing all of the attachments for the cable machine. Ice cream at the breakfast buffet is low quality - more like sugared ice and not with much milk.

The staff name Summer helped me a lot. I forgot to bring my passport from the previous hotel and Summer contacted the hotel and helped me to receive the passport safely via Grab. She also explained every detail about the procedure as well.
