We thought this hotel was good value for the price we paid. The hotel was in a good location, the rooms were clean and modern with a nice view. When we checked out staff member Anh (?) was such a lovely, kind helpful lady. Thank you so much to Ang. Negatives - we booked and paid for 2 x adults and 1 child in each room. We stated the correct ages if children when booking. When we checked in the staff wanted more money as one of our children were over 6 years old. I refused to pay as I had already booked and paid and wasn't made aware of this prior. I don't know why it would matter if you were using existing bedding - I haven't had this happen at any other accor hotel. I am Accor Gold member and had a very unfriendly welcome, also asking for more money. When we used the pool there were no clean towels - this is not of usual accor standard. We were wet and had nothing to dry ourselves with. The breakfast was very average - most hot things had turned cold. We still enjoyed the stay as the hotel was clean and comfortable and most staff very helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed the location. Just noting the negative points so the hotel can improve.
