We stayed in a family suite due to needing additional space for our extended stay. The room was exceptional! Great layout, very quiet, comfortable bed & great bathroom. The reception staff were the friendliest we have encountered in Vietnam. They always had the time to talk to us and make sure we were ok. No issue was ever too difficult to resolve. House keeping and maintenance staff were also very nice and efficient. The pool was lovely with enough space to sit & relax. The location is very convenient to the beach and many restaurants. A lovely touch was a birthday cake delivered to our room on my birthday, which we did not know they were organising.

Great budget hotel, very central location, close to the beach, and many restaurants. My room on the 21 floor was comfortable with a great view of the beach and the sea.

- I have arrived at the hotel with no space for parking on the Ground entrance as the hotel is compounded with some other shops around. - The security has not well informed us so that we could be clear about parking at B1 but check-in is still on G lobby and we needed to take our luggage up floor. Anyway, as it was complained, the security at B1 supported us with the luggage to be in the elevator. - Check-in process was quite fast!!! - this is good point! - The rooms are new and clean as with new facilities. We were happy about that! as usual it is Accor standard! - The hotel has good location to access to the beach by walking about 500m. That is nice! and the area is quite busy with lots of shops, food services and others. - The weather was quite windy and cool, so the swimming pool was quite cold. But we were happy that the hotel has a swimming pool! - However, the towels to be prepared for the pool area are very limited. There were about less than 15ppl around the pool with 4-5ppl swimming but we had no towels left to use. When being asked, there was a guy (sitting at the spa counter) saying that "it is just there. it will take you much more time to wait for refill of towels than you just go to your room and have the towels in the rooms. We know that we have towels in the room! However, using towels after the pool is to ensure we don't make the floor get wet while we move to our rooms. So, that was not an expected answer about that (we may have understood as the guy was not in-charge for that)! So, point is the hotel does not have anyone looking after the pool and around.
