Loved the location of the hotel and purposefully booked as an Accor member knowing the expectations put forth by the brand. However, from check-in, we were disappointed. The receptionist was rude and dismissive and treated us as if we weren’t meant to be there. We were not offered assistance to the room or help with our luggage as we were demanded to present the card used for booking and our identifications, which is standard but the receptionist made it a memorably upsetting experience. The front desk remained completely void of staff throughout our stay and we struggled to get any help about the hotels offerings and services along with recommendations for the area. The breakfast buffet included lacked variety and all “hot” dishes were cold every single day. We attempted to contact room service multiple days in row, only for no one to answer the phone. Finally on our last evening, when room service answered, they did not understand the menu and came to our room to take the order; however, after confirmation and an in-person discussion about the order, the wrong items were delivered. We were also disappointed that the lobby bar and restaurant were vacated after breakfast and we were never able to use our welcome drink vouchers. Furthermore, at check-out, the receptionist did not confirm our bill and allow us to review the charges, only asked for money. Truly a disheartening experience and made our stay in Nha Trang difficult.

Very noisy from next door as the Wall sound proof was not good. Every time ppl turned on their water tap i could hear it so loud even more than the sound in my own room. Other than that the Reception and cleaners all gave me good service. Thanks! X.

Everything was perfect. Excepted the morning buffet- i was given by uncooked eggs. It was fixed by the other staff.

Hotel is very good location wise. There are security issues with the rooms - had two occasions where people tried to enter my room while I was there in my room.
