The Ibis Styles is wonderful; we'll definitely be back! We stayed here for two weeks in January 2026. The room was comfortable and cleaned daily. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast buffet was varied. The sea is close.

Best thing about this hotel was the location. You're right in central Nha Trang and it's close to beach, malls, massages, food & shopping. My bed was not very comfortable and the room did not seem very clean. I went for breakfast on the 1st day and there was nothing that appealed to me. I did not bother on 2nd day. When I went to the 'bar' to enquire about my welcome drink, there was nobody around, except fo a woman sitting, eating at one of the tables. She turned out to be an employee who I had to use google translate to communicate with. Eventually, I was give 2 warm cans of beer. Given the fridge in my room did not chill anything, I ended up tipping the beer down the sink. I stayed about 300 nights in hotels over the last year. This was the hotel I disliked the most. I'd never stay here again.

The hotel is great locality which makes travelling very accessible. The property is clean and well maintained. The hotel staff is very kind and always ready to help. They sometimes get issues with understanding English but it’s very manegable. Only con I found was related to breakfast, they should introduce more items for people who don’t eat pork, beef.
