As regular customer of this hotel, Ms Thao receptionist recognised me and require no paperwork. Booked Standard room and got upgrade to Family Suite. Wish hotel can supply better and newer towels. Everything was fine as usual. One thing to note is security in the basement, in every stay, everytime we rode our motorbike (same SH everytime) and was asked if we were inhouse guest and room number. We left and entered hotel few times per day and received same questions. Even with my girlfriend after told the guy room number was still questioned by same guy when she left if she was outside makeup artist. Security should be familiar with guest faces

We have a lovely memory with our stay. Given the relatively quiet time due to certain virus outbreak, we was not able to fully experience the usual F&B offering at the property, which we would love to in future return. The rest of our stay was just perfect.

Generally okay and excellent restaurant employees. However, there are still rooms for improvement. First of all, music in the elevator is limited to one song and it's quite irritating for long stay guests. Secondly, the dinner buffet is not as diverse as expected.

Its been my third time at this hotel. The rooms are nice and convenient,comfortable and clean with a beautiful view of the beachside. Bathroom is comfortable and well equipped. Nice swimming pool,sauna and jacuzzi invite for a convenient relax. Breakfast buffet is complete and international,eggstation offers any kind of freshly made eggs. Beachtowels are available at the front desk. Staff is very friendly and always helpful. Especially Miss Mary as guest relation manager,Miss Thao and Mr.Quan are taking care of their guests in a very personal and friendly way.

We had excellent and professional service at the reception provided by Chi. Nguyen. We were very satisfied by the room, location and hotel pool. The steam room and dry sauna did not work so we did not use them, that was the only downside.

Good location, can walk around city center. Room is quite spacious for two, clean and well equipped. The staffs are friendly and helpful. We arrived hotel abit early with a 6 months old baby and they allowed us to checkin early at ard 12:30 and checkout at 2pm in the departure day. Breakfast was good, however the buffet dinner outside was not as expected as the food was not hot enough due to the wind. Overall its a good experience, will recommend to everyone.

room was perfect but even with an online check in, the desk check in experience was quite slow and missed some important information : at 14h30 they invited me to go to the swimming pool but when I was at there, some staff told me the pool was close until the next day for a private event... confusing experience. appart from that, the room is really comfortable and spacious!

Personel has very low English speaking skills what sometimes cause problems in communication. There is also some chaos regarding checking out and all paper work around that. It took almost 30 min to check out being one if 2 customers in the process. Hotel interior design is very nice and Modern. I also liked a pool and spa area. However bar personel was sometimes disapearing for long time leaving the bar unattended.

Overall satisfied.
