This is my first time here and everything was perfect. 1. Booking: Ms Thao was supported me to upgarde the room and gave me too many information for more experience when i was in Nha Trang. 2. Check in: Mr Long was very helpful and professional and gave me a lot of place to visit when i was there 3. Room are clean and view from the window very beautiful. I had an unforgettable memory when enjoy sunrise here. 4. Breakfast: delicious and all the staff was nice and very professional 5. Check out: Mr Thuc was helped me with my luggage and Ms Thao was professional when processed check out.

The breakfast was okay but the staff should be trained with English ability. They don't understand English and I couldn't understand their English too.

Everything was good, very nice room with ocean view 2207, not big, but it's comfortable for couple. Excellent location you can walk around and go to the beach just in a few minutes. Especially, we were impressed with the staff at reception, always smile and very helpful. Sure we will come back!

Breakfast buffet menu was minimal due to Covid however menu items is not well match together. Stewed Pork legs in the morning is so strange, hot eggs is baked in advance and not warm enough.

everything is great as the standard. However A/C is a bit weaker than the previous stay. I forgot to mention it upon check out so you can send ENG to check. Now you know it. It works, but not cool unless you set fan at max level. overall good stay.

difficult times ( well known re staff levels / lighting/ STREATS opening hrs.) but Break fast service was BAD. Erratic food choices and POOR quality . And initially .. No butter / jam ; limited juice supply . No glasses . FOOD very bad , most times no protein in Hot boxes. Of course enjoyed renewed friendships with staff. And happy to support IBIS S. N T.

Good in general from service to location. But breakfast quality is not ok with just a few dishes, with very limited choice of protein like some egg and 1 kind of pork or beef soup

As regular customer of this hotel, Ms Thao receptionist recognised me and require no paperwork. Booked Standard room and got upgrade to Family Suite. Wish hotel can supply better and newer towels. Everything was fine as usual. One thing to note is security in the basement, in every stay, everytime we rode our motorbike (same SH everytime) and was asked if we were inhouse guest and room number. We left and entered hotel few times per day and received same questions. Even with my girlfriend after told the guy room number was still questioned by same guy when she left if she was outside makeup artist. Security should be familiar with guest faces

We have a lovely memory with our stay. Given the relatively quiet time due to certain virus outbreak, we was not able to fully experience the usual F&B offering at the property, which we would love to in future return. The rest of our stay was just perfect.
