Disappointing experience at ibis Nha Trang: not up to Accor standards

This hotel might be the worst in the Accor program. I had a seriously bad experience from beginning to end: the receptionist was indifferent during both check-in and check-out, the morning food was terrible (with unevenly cooked rice and no poached eggs), and the staff behaved poorly. Overall, I did not feel valued as a platinum member and will not return to ibis Nha Trang in the future.

I had an extremely bad experience while staying at Ibis Nha Trang hotel. The staff has a disdainful attitude toward guests. Even though they know they are Accor's gold class, they still do not welcome them happily. The receptionist paid the wrong bill and was 55,000 VND short, but she called and said I had a disdainful attitude and treated it like I borrowed money and didn't pay it back?! The housekeeping staff talked uneducatedly, banged on the door to call guests to clean the room as if they wanted to do something to the guests!!! I feel disrespected while staying here, and I will definitely complain and never stay here again!!! Really bad!!!

We booked 34 rooms here for our wedding guests for 4 nights in May 2024 and honestly the team were fantastic! The rooms etc were bright and clean, the team were so helpful and the pre-planning leading up was seamless. The staff are very responsive by email leading up to our booking. Our guests were all very complimentary on the facilities and the hotel location which is so central you can walk to the main attractions etc. If you can stretch the family suite rooms were particularly good with so much room and great views! Highly recommended

It was comfortable for me to stay alone and it was in a good location so it was easy to get around. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The only downside was that the breakfast room was too crowded to eat properly.
